   Major disappointment more like, sent the vehicle here under warranty for a head light dropping out to be told they needed 3 hours labour to investigate the so called water in the head light causing the bulb not to work at a cost of £75 +vat per hour (£281). Findings below After removing the vehicle from here prior to any work being done and a small amount of investigation by another garage close to me concluded the following. 1. No water present in the head light or any signs water had been present, no corrosion or verdigris. 2. The bulb was tested as OK again no signs of water or verdigris. 3 The headlight ballast was dry as a bone again so no signs of dampness or Vedigris indicating any water ever present. They concluded within 30mins that the ballast (bulb power supply) was defective (which I had told them prior to taking the car in and my 30yrs as an engineer) but still Major (disappointment) Motors wanted to in my opinion severally over charge for a simple repair. I will avoid this company at all costs, I've reported the findings to my RAC warranty company along with the garage who advised I take the car to Major Motors. I advise all my 3.2million Viewers to avoid this garage if you want the job done properly and not be ripped off

   Major Motor services certainly live up to their name. I bought a car through a nearby dealership and it needed the piston rings replacing. I was referred here by the dealership under warranty and the team handled my repair quickly. They completely rebuilt the engine and solved my oil leak. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

   Dropped the car 8:30am, and in two occassions they told me it would be ready in the same day. Been hanging in town for 8h and when I called them to go and pick it up, they said its going to be next day. Im ok coming back the next day but these things must be said upfront.

   Very good experience with MoT today - 30 Sep 19. Took my motorhome straight in on time. Told it would take an hour. Waiting room provided was clean and complimentary coffee available. Work complete just on the hour and the price was £47 which is very competitive. Pleasant and helpful staff what more can you ask. Highly recommended.
