I hadn't had service with them but i am sure it would as pleasant as it was communicating with them and they going all the way to help me out with my queries, would definitely recommend them for any issues you have regarding you vehicle, (mine was Mitsubishi outlander phev)

10/10 to Steve and to the management for the calibre of staff they employ. I can not praise this garage enough for the customer service it provides. I needed some specific advice before I purchased a car for my son. I rang Tanners Garage and spoke to a mechanic called Steve. He not only answered my questions he also provided me with a great deal of other information that was very useful. It makes a lovely change to actually find a company that employs staff who are not only happy to help but are also polite and knowledgeable. If the quality of their work is as good as its customer services, I would highly recommend using this company.

As the Transport Manager of a fast paced lean fleet operation it is imperative that I keep all my fleet on road with little downtime. With Tanners I found i got a service supplier that gets that and tailors their service level to support it. Lee, Tony and the team there have taken time to build a relationship with myself too meaning communication is easy, effective and friendly. That means I can trust Tanners with my fleet service, maintenance/defect repairs and in fairness they have always delivered thorough and excellent service in each category. I don't always get everything as quickly as I want sometimes but that's more my high expectations, want it done yesterday :-). The team handle that well though giving me clear feedback on the issue, parts and timelines so that aids my fleet planning schedules and expectations. Overall I have found the service levels and relationship to be excellent with realistic timely quality service levels coupled with the friendly service interaction. Couldn't recommend them enough which I wouldn't do lightly.

Awful experience, had to book my car a week in advance for radiator leak that I noticed after the heater stopped working during the snow. I took it in 830 and 8 hours later l still don't hear anything, I called them, they said they made the diagnosis "Wow, how clever! they found that the radiator was leaking, exactly what I told them in advance and showed them a picture of where the hole was". And if I wanted it fixed they will run the cost analysis. So 8 hours and they have not repaired it or even looked at the cost to fix it.. that's why I brought it there in the first place, to be repaired, I told them that in advance at whatever price. Anyhow, half an hour later and still they didn't call me back to tell me the cost that was supposed to take 5 minutes. I drove there, no one apologized for anything, I asked for my key and left, I didn't even want to know the price. I don't think they should be the official warranty repair shop for Ssangyong or for any other company. They may have few "mates" they keep happy and give them good reviews. But that's it. Will not recommend for any job.
