I would thoroughly recommend SWSS . The staff are extremely polite helpful and welcoming . Nothing is too much trouble. Communication is excellent . I have always taken my mini to this garage and would not hesitate is recommending them . Absolutely brilliant service .
Just had the most fantastic customer experience at Swiss Mini in Cardiff. I needed to get the car checked over, the aircon sorted and a few other niggles looked at. So I booked in with Swiss Mini. I found them through my partner’s online search, though he'd also heard good things about them through word of mouth. Swiss Mini have been incredibly professional and attentive right from the initial contact. They even dropped me home while my car was being worked on. They pay great attention to detail and are forward-thinking — letting you know what work the car may need in the near future, which I found very helpful. When the work was completed, all the staff were informative, helpful, and friendly. I’ll definitely be using Swiss Mini again soon, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to other Mini owners. Since buying our F55 two years ago I've used SWSS MINI for my servicing, mot and others updates etc. The service is always spot from booking through to collection. Pricing is reasonable when compared to main BMW dealers. Will continue to use SWSS MINI.
First class service from George & his team. Have recently bought a 2001 BMW Z3 so booked it in for an inspection, along with a couple of body panels that needed adjusting. Photo’s sent of underside of vehicle with areas highlighted that need attention in the future, all with a concise report. The gap adjustments with the bonnet & rear bumper exceeded my expectations, a well deserved 5 star review & I will have no hesitation in using SWSS for future servicing, repairs & MOT’s in the future.

Guys at SWSS Mini were a pleasure. Was kept informed throughout the day including video footage of the visual inspection that was more informative than the ones from the main dealer. The lads carried out a Supercharger service and pully upgrade on my GP1,WOW what a difference. Super service even gave me and wife a lift into the Bay, thanks All would recommend for any repairs.
