   We were so lucky to find B and K accident repair centre after damaging the car on a bollard. They looked at the damage immediately and we were given a very reasonable quote there and then. Took the car in two days later and picked it back up the next day. The car looked like new and they had even given it a wash..thank you! Such an honest, friendly team who go above and beyond to ensure top class work completed quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company. Many thanks to you all.

   So I finally had my car fixed by the issue that this garage caused and refused to take blame for and fix I can confirm the fix was actually caused by them by the following The garage that fixed it stated it was just a sensor issue and they were shocked such a simple solution was not picked up by them (level of incompetence is unreal) To replace the sensor was 40 not 400+ labour!!! (that was quoted by them) So rip off statement absolutely stands and if it didn't then it would be because they didn't know how to fix it and instead of being honest about it they wanted to charge me well over 400 for the privilege (integrity at its best) How was the sensor made to be faulty..... it is located right next to the area that you do the car diagnostics when a error shows up. I know they did this because they admitted to it, showed me the report and the error icons were no longer there. Whilst doing this they must have knocked the sensor causing the heating issue I was experiencing.

   Car went in for repair and came out with a different fault which they refuse to repair despite the fault happening under their care. They want almost 400 for the parts alone plus labour on top to fix.... so I'd be very wary of this garage trying to fool you into spending more than you need to with them. Man accused me of lying too! Despicable! And definitely would not recommend!
