   Our family has been with 'My Dentist' for at least 10 years, and I would say it definitely is the best dentist practice I have ever been to throughout my 59 years. We have a brilliant dentist called Stan and he is amazing. (I had to come for an emergency appointment and was very apprehensive to see anybody else, but unfortunately, I had no choice as I was in a bit of pain, and I saw a lady dentist - Pankti Dhirubhai Prabhakar, and she was so amazing too, put me at ease, very knowledgeable and very nice, gentle and friendly. (she even has a photo of a blue sky above the dentist seat, which I found to be very calming). Thank you to Stan, Pankti and the reception team, especially to Sarah - I think her name is Sarah, she has been there for about 10 years or more - she's brilliant. Many thanks, Sharon and family

   Had a filling done 8 months ago at the practice. The filling fell out in the last few days (meant to last 7 years minimum). I then called the practice to book in and they told me since the dentist who did the filling had left I would now have to have a check up and then at a later date have a new filling. All of which I had to pay for. When this happened in the past, at a different practice, I had a new filling appointment within a few days all free of charge. Horrible customer service. Shoddy work. Clearly only care about how much they make and not the customers.

   I don't normally review things like this; however, after my extraction yesterday, I had to. I was treated so well, and things were explained well as we went along. The application of a numbing gel at the site of the injection was a revelation, as that is the most feared thing for me; I felt nothing. The extraction was not even slightly painful. I cannot praise Dr.Ali enough. Thank you so much.

   I went to my dentist on Monday 20th Feb 23 and was seen by nabeel aga he was very friendly listened to your problem and was very helpful and explained everything with different payment options, I am going Thursday 23 Feb to have a few teeth extracted and having dentures, also his assisted was very friendly and the receptionist are also very understanding and helpful, I will most definitely recommend to people, thankyou very much see you Thursday

   Great first check up, very thorough, complete explanation of what was needed and the cost, procedure, etc. As a person who is nervous of the dentist due to past poor experiences, I felt comfortable, relaxed and confident with what Kiran was explaining. She has a lovely manner and although I'm not looking forward to the treatment, I have faith in her.

   The place is spotless and the ladies at the reception are very friendly, and unlike other places where people don't really want to hear your unique problem and see you as a number/patient, this please makes you feel welcome as soon as you come in. With regards the dentist itself Dr Dr Nabeel Aga, he literally went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Top dentist
