   Called Denis on the Tuesday, explaining what work I needed to be done on my car, came to an agreement re price, very reasonable, asked me to drop my car off Tuesday evening and got my car back, job done early Wednesday afternoon,. A nice bloke to talk with and know his stuff. Would certainly recommend him. Thanks Denis.

   Customers told to go to 83 stratford st. That is a residential dwelling that has no affiliation with this business. Found him to be rude and unreliable.

   Denis is a very nice guys who knows his way around cars very well. He always answers his phone and always turned up when he was fixing my car which he did very well. I highly recommend him to anyone :-)

   Came on a Sunday and done the job quick which I thought was quite good. Although, he is not a very friendly person has quite a cold approach. Was quick to take my cash but when I asked for a receipt as I need one to claim the money back he said he couldn’t give me one! I said this wasn’t good enough so he told me to text him my car details he will send a picture.. After having to chase him he finally sent me a picture 3 days later which was totally un readable from a computer screen which you couldn’t even see any figures or any writing! I’ve since text him trying to chase this up yet again no response. His customer service is appalling and I have never known anyone to not be able to provide a receipt/invoice!

   No stars...if possible!!! Denis advertises as a 'mobile repairer' yet considered it necessary to take my car away just to fit a thermostat. After promising that it would be done by the following day he reported back to say there were problems and more time was needed and that he would get back to me the next day. He failed to call back and became irritated when I asked what was going on. The long and the short of it is that he brought the car back unrepaired and with spark plugs removed. Terrible customer service and totally unprofessional in relaying to me his regret about not taking advantage of a previous female customer's naivety. Apparently, he could have charged her for a new engine. Yes, alarm bells should have sounded. You live and learn!!!
