We are new patients just been today saw a superb dentist all the staff were great and very friendly excellent receptionists as well highly recommend this surgery .
I'm disappointed. Saw the dentist and was due to have 3 fillings, but she could only do two of them. Literally a few days after seeing the dentist and paying £75 a different tooth broke while eating a sandwich. I contacted the dentist and they said I would have to pay another £75 to go back. That's two £75 charges in less than a week. I would have expected the dentist to see there was a problem with my tooth during my check-up. I could understand it if I broke the tooth on something hard.

I had the worst experience ever with kelpish, the dentist who reuind my tooth.he supposed to cover my broken tooth with crown but he made it very bulky I couldn't even close my mouth or my jaws together. Don't go to Dr Kelpish
Brilliant treatment from Lima. She explained everything to me and patiently managed my ADHD needs. No anaesthetic needed today for 2 fillings and I came out feeling $a million! Thank you so much!

I have used this dentist for three years with annual checks as my teeth are in good condition. However, on my last visit the beginning of January 2020, the new hygienist nicked my gums in several different areas, even after I told her I have a dear of dentists. The next day, my gum around one of my wisdoms had swollen up with infection and I have a chest infection following which my Dr said was most likely caused by the infected gum. I'm not going back, the hygienist knew I was frightened, and didnt support me. Her manner was also quite stiff and I felt like I was a burden.
After developing a tooth ache over the past few days I decided to reach out to seek advise on it to only find out that if you don't contact/ have an examination within 2 years then you automatically get de-registered. They didn't notify me in any way as I would've come in to ensure I was still registered somewhere but I haven't had any issues and then covid hit. I'm really disappointed and frustrated as I now can't register under the NHS as a new patient because they have full capacity and so do all the other dentist surgeries in my area. Wonderful, I'm stuck now with a horrible toothache on my partially erupted wisdom tooth and can't afford to go privately. Thanks for nothing.
I have been to this dental practice three times in the last few weeks each time the safety and hygiene measures in place are exceptional. I felt very safe. I eventually had a new crown fitted which is perfect. Thank you to the fabulous Dr K Patel for being a perfectionist and always offering first class service. Best dental practice in Coventry.
Very professional service, best I've experienced in my time visiting a dentist. He explained what he was doing, recommended I try a couple of things and even walked me through my x-ray results, pointing out things I should be aware of. Usually I'm just told what treatment I need and where to pay for it.
