I had a filling today done by puneeta she was so lovley, I have a massive fear of needles and she was very patient with me and reassuring, I felt no pain with the needle as she was very gentle I highly recommend, again thank you!:)
Had a check up a few weeks ago and today I returned to have a filling and clean. I'm a super nervous patient but Dr Puneeta was again just fantastic. Calming and reassuring and is always patient focussed with her treatments. Didn't feel a thing while being injected with the numbing agent and throughout the treatment. I can't recommend her enough if you are nervous about visiting a dentist. Thank you again for your kind and caring approach.
Fabulous Dentist, was so nervous but Dr Puneeta was marvellous, very caring and understanding. I 150% rate this surgery, staff very friendly and helpful. I feel like a new woman and now can't stop smiling, thankyou so much. Kind regards Michelle Cooke
Have been a patient at Tile Hill dental practice for nearly 10 years. Dr Badwal is a lovely lady someone who always puts me and my children at ease in the chair. Just recently had to have an old filling replaced and Dr Badwal is so gentle I hardly felt the numbing injection going in.
Dentist is lovely but trying to see her is ridiculous in an emergency. They no longer hold any emergency appointments for on day. So u have to wait 2weeks plus for appointments. Which is fine for a check up but not emergency pai situations. They tell you to call up a dental surgery other side of city if you can't wait. I shouldn't have to get 2 buses while in extreme pain and discomfort to see a dentist and a stranger dentist at that. I'm autistic so i struggle with dentist anyway but I loved this pratice and dentist for how lovely and kind they were and understandimg but it all but disappeared it seems now. I hope it gets better again but honestly thinking of swapping surgeries due to not being able to get the care I need.
I have a fear of dentist and everybody here was kind and professional. The dentist was so calming and patient I cannot recommend them enough
Have been registered here for over a decade. I've been for a root canal, a tooth infection and a general clean over the years. Staff have always been great and they've always sorted out my issues.
Had a filling just over a year ago and my filling recently fell out, this lead to my tooth breaking. Upon trying to contact my dentist the phone would just ring out. Ended up going through 111. And now this month (Dec 2022) my daughter is suffering with severe dental pain and I still cannot get hold of tile hill dental practise. Have also tried phoning the main Bhandals on Foleshill road to no avail. Again I have had to go through the 111 service. What’s the point in being registered with a dental practise that never answered the telephones!

Bottom line: traumatising, very unprofessional, worst experience I've had, the door was open the entire time. Started off with the receptionist not checking my name or date of birth. Then the dentist called me in, told me to sit down, and did not shut the door so it was wide open the whole time. She did not ask for my name or date of birth either. She also did not introduce herself or explain anything as it was happening. The whole time it felt like she was in a rush. I was told I need a filling and she said “okay I’ll prepare the injection”. She did not check if I am allergic to anything or explain what will happen. Then what felt like 5 seconds later she comes back and says “okay open wide” and does not warn me that she has a needle in her hand and is about to inject anaesthetic into gums. I jumped as she started injecting. My heart rate shot up out of shock as I had no warning, I could feel it beating out my chest. The whole time she did not talk about anything that was happening. She did the filling and some other stuff (I have no idea what she was doing because she did not say) and it hurt a lot as she was being aggressive. She told me to put my hand up if I wanted to stop and I did but she carried on through it. I was stunned and scared to move. At the end, I sat there drooling and with blood in my mouth and she did not check if I was okay. She turned her back to me and left piece of paper on the side and then walked away from it and told me to ”sign it”. I asked her “sign what?” to which she did not reply. It was a document with the fees and I finally saw what procedures were done otherwise I had no idea. I would not recommend this practice.
