   The decision to change my dental practice (a house move meant longer travelling times) eventually became a necessity. A nervous patient at the best of times, up to now it had always been a case of ‘better the devil you know’. I arrived for my appointment feeling a little anxious, but I was immediately put at ease by a lovely welcome from the receptionist. A modern, comfortable waiting room added to that sense of welcome and the inevitable form filling and explanations regarding plans etc was done quickly and efficiently. The appointment itself, a preliminary consultation, was a far less daunting procedure than I’d expected. Thorough as it was, it was also done in such a calm and reassuring way that it didn’t feel at all like check ups I’ve had in the past and if/when I require some invasive work done, I won’t be anywhere near as nervous as I might otherwise have been. A visit to the dentist will never be a pleasure, but in fairness Paul and his staff made it as close to that as it could ever be. Phew.

   Excellent service. Staff are very pleasant and make you feel very welcome . The dental treatment I've had so far is very thorough. You are made to feel at ease, numbing gel was used before certain procedures. Also very clear instructions are given before and after treatments. I would highly recommend Paul Lowe Dentistry.. .

Good service provided and always thorough with the work they do. Definitely recommend this amazing team. Good with young children too. Our daughter always looks forward to her annual dental check up.    I have been a patient for many years and have always been extremely happy. Gilly is a fabulous dentist and have got to know her very well over the years solook forward to a catch up when I have my check ups. My daughters have always seen Gilly too for check ups since they were very young and have no issues with attending the dentist as she has always made it a pleasant experience for them. Would highly recommend.
