Absolutely amazing service from this garage. My daughters car was recovered here one evening after braking down. When she spoke to the garage the next day, she was told they're fully booked for 2 weeks, but will see if they can squeeze it in. That after the garage called my daughter to say the car had been repaired & was ready to be collected.
Fantastic garage! Fixed my son’s 2021 Golf R after Halfords wanted him to take out a second mortgage to fix it. He’d only had it two months! Now has a new MOT and has air conditioning regassed for a fraction of the price. Becky was really friendly, as were the whole crew. Highly recommend them and won’t go anywhere else now.
Excellent garage. They are extremely busy so not easy to get booked in with short notice but well worth waiting for these guys to book you in if you can. Thank you all for fixing my car! Very happy with my quiet smooth drive now.
There's a reason these guys are always booked in advance and you will only find a handful of places like this is the entire UK! First class service, no nonsense, professional and the highest knowledge of any vehicle you can think of. A long time ago I lost hope that there is a garage somewhere where the job will be done correctly, quickly and relatively cheaply with high-quality service. Quite by accident, I came across Rumney Automotive Center, where I regained confidence that my cars were serviced, repaired and passed MOT in a professional manner. Employees are always patient and smiling, which reflects the quality of the service. I haven't even thought about trying another garage, unless it was their recommendation.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else now. These guys are top notch, main dealer told me I need all this work doing to pass MOT, £800+ work…..brought my car in here for a second opinion…just brake pads required. They’re honest and try, not out to rip people off. From now on, if I ever need anything doing, I’ll be calling here first.
Just wanted to big up this garage. They are so brilliant, incredibly helpful. Always have done a great job on my cars and always go the extra mile (no pun intended) to be helpful - such as dropping my car to my house when I’ve been in work etc. Becky is always so lovely to deal with too.
