I took my C class Mercedes to Cassleys as it was running very badly and in limp mode. Richard who dealt with me is very knowledgeable and he explained everything to me regarding what needed doing and kept in touch with me with updates on the progress. When I picked the car up Richard gave me some advice which I didn’t know which will help me in the future to keep the car running well. I would highly recommend and pricing is very fair. Thank you Richard and the team.

Extremely poor service – unresolved fault, high cost, and no accountability. I brought my van to Cassley Autocare on two occasions and spent a total of £1,254.96, yet the original fault was never fixed. After significant delays, miscommunications, and the wrong parts being ordered, I was left without my vehicle for far longer than agreed — causing major disruption to my work and day-to-day life. Eventually, I took the van to another mechanic, who diagnosed and fully resolved the issue for just £32.45 (including VAT). This clearly demonstrates that Cassley's work was ineffective, misdirected, and unnecessarily expensive. Despite this, they have refused to offer any form of compensation, or acknowledgement of liability. I’ve completely lost trust in their service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. RIP OFFS! Finally writing a comment 2 years after my car went in as the problem is still there 2 years on. I was initially quoted £700 to fix a leaking coolant. I made an informed decision after the car goes went for a diagnostic and the estimated repair costs. The car was apparently fixed but 2 weeks later the coolant was still leaking. I was told to drop the car in again but I also had to wait for another 4 weeks before work could be done on the vehicle again. At this point the vehicle was not usable as it could have caused further issues, and I also had to pay for numerous taxi trips to get around. When the vehicle went in for repair the second time, I was quoted another £500 for repairs, in total this came to £1200 for a leaking coolant. There was NO sense of urgency for the work not being done correctly the first time round and having to wait nearly 12 weeks before I could use my vehicle just took the absolute mick. The problem still occurred a few weeks after it was "fixed". 2 years on the coolant still leaks, the vehicle drives even worse and judders whilst it drives. Don't trust these cowboy mechanics.

I can’t recommend this garage highly enough! They’ve always looked after me and gone out of their way to fit me in, even at short notice. Every time I’ve had an issue with my car, they’ve done everything they can to get it sorted quickly and properly. The customer service is genuinely the best you could ask for, they treat you like family, not just a customer. It’s a clean, well-run garage with experienced staff who clearly know their stuff. It’s a family-run business that’s been going strong for years, and that really shows in the care and pride they take in their work. I’ve recommended all my friends and family here and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Absolutely brilliant service every single time!

Recently took my motorhome to this garage for a squeak on the front end and a pre mot inspection. They have worked on the van previously and I assumed they would therefore have some understanding of the van’s overall condition. I was assured upon leaving it with them that if any “big” problem showed its face they would let me know before proceeding with any work. I patiently waited for a diagnosis but didn’t receive a call. After a few weeks I called to be told that the van was ready to be collected, all the work had been done to the tune of £760 apart from the welding. I then questioned this and was told it needed a patch to get it through the impending MOT. I responded by asking the garage to just keep the van (MOT a lot closer at this point) sort the welding and put it through the MOT. I then waited a few more weeks and upon checking the gov MOT check discovered that the van had failed the MOT massively and required a huge amount of welding. I then had to call cassley again for them to declare that they couldn’t fix it and did I know anyone that could. I then sourced another garage locally to them who properly diagnosed the van as a spares rite off. Upon the new garage showing me the underside of the van it was very very clear to see the extent of the rust and damage. Cassley autocare chose to ignore this and rip me off for £760 worth of pointless repairs. Awful service. If you’ve had enough of it all like you said, then close the place and stop robbing the working man.
