   Used them for a couple of years for servicing and MOT testing on my Golf. Great garage, very polite and accomodating. They even washed and cleaned the car before return, which is something you normally only see at main dealers (and pay a premium for). Couldn't recommend more.

The gent on the phone very kindly booked me in for a slot 2 days later and the guys were very polite in person too. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and friendly local company who take pride in their work and customer experience.

I find them reliable and trustworthy, and Phil on the front desk is great; always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.    Superb! The team at NG Motors took in my 26 year old VW T4 when it broke down, diagnosed the fault (dropped cam belt), sourced parts, fabricated unavailable parts where required and rebuilt everything to a brilliant standard. The engine ran well before the failure but is noticeably better than it was previously which I didn’t expect. Communication was professional and reassuring. Their professionality and experience made it far easier for me to accept the frustrating situation, I’m almost glad it happened or I might not have discovered them! Thanks NG motors
