   The whole process of my claim, from start to finish, was very lengthy but very thorough. It was overseen by one person, Rebecca Ryan. This made it so much easier and smoother than having to speak to someone different each time. It helped that I had also met her when she came out to discuss the claim and collect information. Rebecca kept me informed, constantly, at each step of the way so I was never in any doubt of where we were with the claim. She advised me without pressure and explained possible outcomes depending on the choices I made. Covid didn't make any difference and throughout the lockdowns Rebecca still made contact even if if it was just to inform me that procedures were delayed at different times.
