Obviously Nikki is having problems as she can't cut hair without whining in my ear about her family issues. I wanted an haircut - not ear ache. Best to avoid this place.
I am in Rugby only temporarily so I don’t have any of my usual places to go to in the area. I badly needed a haircut but was reluctant to go somewhere I haven’t been before. I read the reviews and I booked an appointment with Eva at Hair Boutique and I absolutely love it!!! Thank you Eva. You did a great job with my difficult to handle hair. I love my refreshed Pixie and I will be coming to visit before I leave Rugby at the end of Nov.
Went to hair boutique at the beginning of February to get my hair ready for my wedding in April. 1st appointment to test hair colour was good but then everything went wrong. Decided on highlights, root recolour and colour between highlights. It took 5 hours and now my hair is crap. It’s nothing like the colour I wanted , the cut is completely wrong for how I wanted on the wedding day and she has completely chemically burnt all my hair. I have spent the last 8 weeks trying to put my hair back to some sort is normal state. I now have 1 week before the wedding and my hair still feels dry , brittle and like straw. This is not just on the ends , it’s the full length of my hair, it’s that bad that straight after the wedding I’m getting it cut short by a professional. So all in all I would definitely not recommend them.
Another lovely colour and cut by Nikki who always gives helpful suggestions about what I should have done at each visit and takes pride in doing a great job.
Friendly, reliable and efficient service. Nicki always does a great cut for my curls and has given me great advice on managing them, and we have a lovely little natter! Easy to get in touch with on the phone or via Facebook to book appointments.
Friendly, chatty and they listen to your requests. J age 10. Great service, clean and friendly. Really good with kids!
Lovely team, took brilliant consideration into what I wanted to achieve with my hair especially being my first time colouring it. Beautifully done, so happy with the way it turned out. Very chatty and friendly. Definitely recommend
I booked to come here in November and arrived to be told my hair couldn’t be done because I needed a patch test and that should have been explained when I booked so I had to have it cut and come back on a Saturday to have it coloured !! I was also told that I shouldn’t have waited so long for an appointment as there were loads of spaces !! I arrived today and the hairdresser I booked with wasn’t here and they had no record of the appointment there clearly is a problem with the appointment system and instead of apologising they accused me of calling that day !!! I offered that they look at my call history and they declined - Rude and incompetent don’t bother spend your money elsewhere
