Had my consultation for colouring with Keira today. She was really friendly when greeting me, made me feel welcome and was nice and smiley. Keira talked me through what can be done and I'm now happily booked in for an appointment. Can't wait, really looking forward to it :-) ***UPDATE*** Returned for my appointment ... I'm so happy with the result! I'll be the first to say transforming my hair was not a quick task and the outcome took near to 4 hours (and we're not even completely finished yet!). Keira's dedication is outstanding and she has done such an amazing job so far. The whole team who were working that day are lovely; they've all got a really nice way about them, with each other and their customers. I felt so comfortable in the salon, the lattes taste lovely and I can't thank Keira enough for her hard work. Brace yourself for mammoth hair transformation part 2!
