   AWFUL solicitors. Absolutely no idea why anyone would choose this company given their terrible reviews. Must be dirt cheap but even then not worth it. They were our sellers solicitors and delayed the process by MONTHS by simply not responding. Carly Blake is absolutely useless and sent us a document with the wrong name and then took a month to correct despite chasing several times. The man at reception is also incredibly rude. If I could give zero stars I would. AVOID!!!!

   Without doubt the worst company i have ever seen in operation. Were forced to use them as a solicitor to a finance company along with 2 other teams and my broker. All were astonished as to how they are still in business. If unfortunate to have any business with them prepare for random bills for no work, missed deadlines and no contact. If we ran our business in the same manner we would have been made bankrupt years ago. Not even one positive thing to say.

   Unfortuneatly I cant give zero stars, this was my sellers solicitor and would highly recommend you avoid this company , endless delays due to lack of communication from their side, missed deadlines by them, and then on the day of completion they was on annual leave and nobody knew anything about us completing.If you love stress, then this is the company for you, as they give you abundance of it free, very unprofessional and the amount of work I had to do with management companies and our solicitors, I should of been on there payroll.

   I am disgusted with this firm. Arifa the receptionist hangs up on you and won't transfer you to any department that you request. She will not help you in any way and doesn't care what your issue is. Other members of staff try to transfer you to people to help but noone is ever available. TLT registered a CCJ in my husband's name in 2016 that he had no knowledge of until yesterday when he tried for a business loan. They registered the CCJ in his personal name and old address that he hasn't lived in since 2012. He doesn't know what it's for, the Courts have no information as the file has been destroyed but have given my husband a reference number which he has given to the solicitors but they are still not willing to help. We have no idea what this is for and why it has been registered and whether it is a mistake or fraudulent but surely TLT should have ensured that my husband had received documents from them before registering a CCJ but he has received no correspondence from them and never heard of it. I will be making a formal complaint and contacting the Law Society. This firm is shocking.

   Abysmal. I write in review of TLT LLP who I was forced to use on a remortgage of two of my portfolio properties due to them being one of only two firms on the FHL panel of solicitors. Absolutely extortionate fees which are constantly being topped up throughout the conveyancing process by their 'Tariff of Fees'. For example, I had to take a chancel insurance policy at a cost of only £28 to the firm and they charged me a 'TLT fee' of £200 plus VAT PLUS the £28 policy fee. Disgusting. I've been promised over and over and over again that my remortgage will complete and it is months overdue. I would strongly advise anyone considering TLT for their conveyancing to look elsewhere.

   Wrote to TLT and sent a detailed copy by email of a Will & Wishes to be actioned asap by them they sent no receipt /acknowledgement. They stated after I contacted them that all the documents had been received by them but they failed to take action for 30 days I feel they acted poorly and unproffesionally.
