   As an avid DIYer I find Scewfix a great resource. Their product range is extensive, reasonably priced and they offer both in-store collection or delivery as options to get the stuff you need. They are open 7 days a week, which is very convenient too. The staff in my local store Caerphilly Bedwas are friendly and helpful. Definitely be back again and again.

   Really poor service from this particular store. If you are a female going into this store alone, be prepared to be told why you shouldn’t buy a product, refused the product and bullied by not only one but two members of male staff, one of which was the ‘duty manager’. I was disrespected and belittled, called “love” on several occasions. When you ask them to stop and that you just want the product you went in for, they both then become aggressive, defensive and go on the attack as a pair. I have never been treated so poorly in my whole life by two men. I don’t expect them to hold the door open for me, but what I do expect is a level of customer service befitting a human being.

   Best place for prices on loads of items but especially fixings like screws and nails etc. Electrical items good on price and quality. Has app for phone for speedy search and has click and collect which works well. Open Sundays which is handy. Much better prices than b&q etc.

   I was seen by Katie and the assistant manager when applying for my trade UK card and electric fix card amazing service they both explained all the rewards and how everything worked really clearly. Great stock of tools but I'll be coming back for the really helpful staff
