   Lovely staff that were friendly and attentive. Didn't sell Professor Herb as google said, so if you're looking for that, you won't find it here. I refuse to give a bad review just because they didn't have what I wanted. If you vape, this is the place for you, alas I only dry vape

   Smokers Exit has really improved under new management! The new manager, Igor, is a fantastic guy—always friendly, helpful, and full of great suggestions. The shop is now reliably open (unlike before), making it so much more convenient. Big thanks to the team for the positive changes—highly recommend!

   I'd say that this is the best place to go for top quality vaping accessories and liquids. Smoker's Exit have smart, helpful and knowledgeable staff and a great designer interior and lounge. They also have a generous loyalty program and will have products mailed directly to you.

   There have been many Vaping Shops Open in Leicester only to Close a Few Months Later! Personally I think it's because Smoker's Exit was not only the First Vaping Shop to open but also the Fact that the Staff are very Friendly and Welcoming also the owners are the same as well and take the time to speak to you, as well as finding out more about their Customers, so when you go into Smoker's Exit, your welcomed by the Owners who know you're name and take the time to treat each Person as an individual and not treating Everyone the Same!! Great Service as well as Products which are Priced very well, I think this is the reason that Smokers Exit has Managed to Stay open and not Close Down like the others, the reason that all the other Shops Close Down is because the Owners are Greedy and overprice all their Stock where Smokers Exit doesn't!!
