Waitrose is always the best motorway services, which isn't saying much, as they are mainly fairly formal, there's s good choice of snacks etc here, but, like all motorway places, it's rather overpriced and a limited selection.

This is my local shop and I must say the staff here are all very lovely people and they are looking after customers with a grey detail and respect. I hope this store will continue to improve and I hope the company rewards their staff for their dedication and help to the customer.
We stopped by here as we'd been away and needed to grab some milk and bread. In the sandwich section I see Cheese and Mayo sandwich which sounds nice so I grab that. It won't scan at checkout. I then get told by the staff member I can't purchase this on its own as it can only be purchased as part of a children's meal deal. She will literally not let me have it on its own or tells me to buy a ham and cheese sandwich instead which I don't want. What nonsense is this that you cannot apparently buy a sandwich unless you purchase the larger meal deal? Absolutely no logic to this
Great place to buy food for the journey and more.
A small store but we'll stocked with snacks if you are on a journey or meal items if you want a shop. Good Christmas range and wine section. We often stop on our journey from Wales to England and back.

Nice choice at the services, clean and tidy too, one of the better service station locations
I stopped there for charging my Kia electric car Two chargers here of which one was being used and the other one available. Quick charged my car to drive home. Nice KFC, Starbucks & Waitrose
