   "Jokes" made by staff about someone's assistance dog, when confronted bt the person they just smiled and said "what" in the tone of a "what are you going to do"...to continue laughing...... person recieved no apology from those making the joke, for the manager to defend said workers and say they apologised and ban the person with the assistance dog because they were affected badly by the event.........wouldn't reccomend this business to anyone with a service animal.........nor can this person rectify the issue because they were affected badly by the situation and banned for speaking up about it

   I went in Iceland today and I stand in the queue with my stuff in my hand waiting to paid and I said is the card machine working today and she replied in attitude and said yes the some of the staff pretty good they don’t talk to you in a attitude but some of the staff does and it’s poor customer service They don’t do their jobs they like to talk the staff sometimes stand their on the tills talking and their customers service it rude.

   Placed an order in the morning, had time between 7pm-9pm notification came up unsuccessful delivery, I was in so Iceland get a one from me for delivery that goes out to all stores ,used to like this store but lately going downhill, things missing from order I have notice too. It will take more than a good delivery to trust them again

   A best place to shop. Good offers. Many groceries with reasonable prices. I wished to give a 5 this time, but was disappointed with the staff on the billing counter. He doesn't seem happy when we came with kids for shopping. I agree, they were a bit noisy. That's why I believe there was no smile... I do online shopping most of the time, but this time decided to visit with family and was disappointed. Otherwise I like this store the most and would continue shopping with Iceland....

   This is one of the smaller stores, but it has a whole lot packed in to it. You can get fresh food and frozen food. Good ranges on a lot of the products and top brands through to own brands. You can even get your shopping delivered for free the same day, which saves you carrying it all home! Staff are pretty good too, some have worked here for years and will help you when needed. Ive started using this store a.lot for some basics, rather than using the Tesco next door. Iceland prices are usually cheaper or you can get a better offer in here. For ease and convenience, this store ticks my boxes.
