Recently moved to a new house where Fern Furnishings had done the fitted wardrobes, I contacted them to see if they could do bedside drawers to match the wardrobes. Really good customer service from start to finish, excellent drawers, really well made and good quality.
Fantastic customer service from going to showroom to fitting the wardrobes. No pressure. The guys who fitted the units were very friendly n nothing was too much bother for them. Steve moved an old wardrobe unit into another bedroom n it looks fantastic. You would of thought it was built for that room. Would certainly recommend them to anyone. You can tell they are a family run business not a big company that's only interested in your money .
We had a fantastic professional service two years ago getting bespoke wardrobes to fit into an extension with a sloping ceiling . Really good use of the space. We had a further example of fantastic service this week when they repaired a broken door (caused by my son’s carelessness not the craftsmanship) free of charge. Would not hesitate in recommending this company.
Really fantastic job the guys worked so hard an awkward fitting but they made it look so easy the finish first class I would recommend Fern furnishing to anyone who wants built in wardrobes doing thanks so much twelve out of ten.
Absolutely brilliant company,I love my new drawers and wardrobes. The choice of finishes etc is vast and everyone I dealt with at Fern was outstanding. They were also very accomodating with a late in the day change I made to our spec and went out of their way to make sure it would look how I wanted. I also got several quotes and Fern were by far the most reasonable. 100% recommend and thanks to Ian, Dan and Steve in particular.
Excellent excellent service .....something you don't get theses days it's like stepping back in time to when the customer really did matter. We've had lots of work done by this friendly firm, three fitted wardrobes, bay window seat, six bedside cabinets, bedroom sets of drawers, large fitted shelving in boxroom, mirrors, all bespoke and looking beautiful. Thank you so much. Highly recommendable and such a pleasure to have the boys do all the work, they come when they say they will, they are clean and tidy, nothing is too much trouble and there is always a smile and a bit of banter. Professional and totally unique for this day and age.
Just had new bedroom furniture fitted today .
