States they take yodel store to door but the rude man refused my parcel. Seems they pick and choose what they take. I’ve reported to yodel. Don’t go here if you want hassle. A wasted car journey. Found somewhere else to use to send my parcels who are much more helpful and polite
Be aware that this 'Click and Collect" point will not accept any parcel if they are more than 5kg even if it's allow to have a 20kg delivered by Royal-Mail..That just arrived to me with a 18kg parcel that they refused creating a very difficult situation.
I put this store as my collection point for a delivery and they refused to give me it even when i had proof it had been delivered by Royal Mail, it was an absolutely nightmare. Just unhelpful and rude.
Small convenience store, Good selection of Snacks, Crisps, soft drinks, beers, wines and spirits. selection of household essentials.. Also a pay poin for topping up electricity and gas etc...
Great shop, owners are friendly and generally have time to catch up with regulars. Its convenient as top of the estate we live, bargains, prices and stock availability are good. Even opens on Bank holidays/Christmas for any last minute things you'd forgotten. Happy New Year

Brand new Premier Express-Riverside Convenience Store with a Pay Point machine which free to use with no charges, the machine is at the back of the store which has rather narrow aisles, therefore not convenient for large baby buggies or wheelchairs. Very limited parking outside the store on very busy junction.
