   Lovely place to go to regularly with the kids but there is room for improvement- it was cold inside even though we were running with the kids. The role play areas were not stocked up with the little toys like pretend food. The food was good, loved how it was all halal and the wait wasn’t too long and the main thing the kids loved it. Kids age 1.5 yrs to 3 yrs.

   I placed an order for a mattress on 20th September 2025. It is now 5th December 2025, and the order continues to be delayed without any updates from Furniture Village. The Leicester Store has not contacted me at all to keep me informed. I have tried calling the store around 20 times, but only managed to get through once. On that occasion, I was told the salesperson who handled my order would call me back, yet more than two weeks have passed with no response. I also sent an email to the Leicester Store, which remains unanswered. This is extremely disappointing, especially considering that in 2024 we placed a very large order and received excellent service, with timely delivery and regular updates throughout. We had intended to place another order in 2026, but after this experience, we will not be doing so. The service from the Leicester Store has been appalling, and you have lost a loyal customer. I will be taking this matter further. Please cancel this order immediately, as I will reject any delivery that arrives from now on. Please not use this store, they will not answer your calls or emails once they have the payment

   So far so good. Kids love it, but adults judge how much fun they had. It ticks all the boxs for me. The place was clean inside, kids must wear socks. Climbing frame had lots of objects for the little people to go through, over or up and down. Food was cheap enough, decent. Car parking out front with cameras.For the cost of running the unit for the turn over it takes, the girls provide a happy place. Will be back.

   The place is very suitable for children and safe for all ages. Easy to park for free. My daughter and my nephews enjoyed it very much. It is truly a wonderful place that I recommend to families. There is a cafeteria for fast food. And the service is wonderful.

   Compared to other soft play centre, this one has maintained cleanliness and hygiene. I have noticed that there is always someone who wipes rides and have disinfectant and making sure all kids are safe. I checked all rides and surfaces inside play area seemed wiped recently and had no stains or smell or any mess. I wish they continue cleanliness and good services.

   Came here for a birthday party I think the prices are good but didn’t pay Had some food which was nice They got kids rock climbing. The soft play area which is quite big. Few kids arcades and even bumper cars. Kids had fun. Place was clean and there was plenty of seating areas for the parents. Was decent amount of parking outside BUT be warned to put your reg in or you will get a fine ! Good work guys keep it up !!

   Such a lovely place. It is a must place for toddlers with reasonable price . The staff is also very good . As we were late they dint charge for 2 adults . . My kids enjoyed a lot . It wasn’t too crowded also . The kids had allot of things to explore .. they have play areas for different age groups … highly recommend this place

   Excellent for children. Price is very good at £4 and 1 adult free (off- peak rates), additional adults is £1.50 each, there is a 2 hour limit, but we were their over 3 hours... No one said anything! Lots to do for all ages of kids. Climbing wall was closed when we went. Free parking is available and it was not full during term time. Make sure you put your car reg details in the screen when you enter the fun valley or you will possibly be fined. Cafe is nice, cheap and cheerful. Kids will like chips and some fruit shoot or slush! They will eat only half and run off to play again! All in all a very decent place for kids to run, jump and slide around.
