   Excellent Bed and Outstanding Customer Service by Tayab I recently purchased a bed from Love Living UK and I couldn’t be more satisfied with both the product and the exceptional customer service I received, especially from Tayab.    I bought a Bed and wardrobe from Loving living, highly recommended great customer service and quality of Bed and wardrobe it’s amazing cannot fault anything, it looks great in my room . Arrived within two weeks, delivery drive was really professional when he assembled the bed and wardrobe. Will be going back for few more things.

   I dealt with Tayyab over the phone and arranged a showroom visit. He was very helpful in advising which bed to go for and worked with me in designing one that suited me. I was able to ask any questions without feeling pressured to buy. He was very helpful and arranged fast delivery and assembly. They even took the rubbish with them after assembling the bed and were very careful in making sure no damage was done whilst taking it upstairs. Professional and helpful company would defiantly recommend !

   I have purchased a few beds now from love living and every time the service has been great. I once contacted Tayab at around 9pm and he answered my query straight away! Even when I had a couple issues Tayab sorted straight away without any fuss. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future. The quality of the beds are really good and they look great in my bedrooms!

   We had just purchased a new house and I was pregnant with my baby girl and we needed a bed as soon as possible. I know there are several sites on Instagram sites where there are similar beds and makes for sale however none like the quality you see on Love Living and definitely not the customer service you receive. I dealt with Tayab from the very beginning and he patiently answered all of my 150 questions in regards to the bed, assembly and price. He gave me colour options and also material options to choose from. He also tried to ship the bed as quick as possible for me. As I purchased during the bank holiday period, they set up the bed as quick as possible and shipped it over. I cannot recommend this company enough. Me and my husband are in love with the bed and I have already recommended them to my family and friends! The quality of the bed is amazing. We paid extra to have 1500 pocket spring mattress and our sleeps have been great! The assembly is done by the couriers, there was a slight issue with a board showing through the headboard (which was not a problem, just aesthetically pleasing) and Tayab went above and beyond for the couriers to rectify the issue as soon as possible. I will definitely be purchasing from here and again. Thank you for such a great service and helping me find the perfect bed and matching footstool!
