The shop itself is great, however customer service delivered by Kerry is the worst I’ve seen. My suggestion would be to replace her before you get more bad rep thanks to her

Kills off local businesses which are far cheaper than Tesco, the area would be better off without this Tesco
Small store by comparison, fresh bread and pastry products, fresh vegetables, raw meats and ready meals, alcohol and tobacco, milk, coffee, Tea bags, scratch cards and newspapers are all sold here. Some prices are at premium. Well situated.
Very friendly staff, always well stocked and clean. Staff always on hand to help whenever needed! A++++
A decent shop with decent staff. But security guards needs to be better at there job. Homeless people walking around inside the shop begging for money. Following begging. Security should be on that. Just makes me very uncomfortable while shopping and makes me not want to come back.
