I like this place, Very helpful and friendly staff. Wish they would stop the shoplifters. They can surely use a security. Otherwise everything is good
Many times I have come into the shop and seen someone trying to steal something or getting into a fight. I don’t understand how anyone can work there, it must be very frightening. The only reason I’m giving a five-star review is because of the staff; they are kind and professional. They probably deserve a pay rise just for having to put up with management’s apparent inability to secure the premises.
Tall asian women/girl who works here is for no use. She is always rude. Never receives customers properly. Please put down your attitude if you are working in customer service. Better to get rid of such rude staff.. doesn't even know how to do the customer service.. I would like to give zeros just because of her behaviour. Worst staff.
This is my local store , it’s convenient for me and use daily, the staff are lovely, very helpful, have lots of patience even when they are overwhelmed with rude customers, shoplifting, violence, recently it has gotten so bad, not much choice on shelves due to shoplifting and the violence and threats are terrible something more should be done to assure their staff are safe and appreciated
I'm giving this shop a five because the staff are absolutely lovely. Always welcoming, and alot of the time. The only downside is the fact that there is no security for the staff nor the customers. The amount of times Iv gone to the shop and seen the police have been called because of an abusive "customer" trying to rob the shop and attack the staff is awful. Surely upper management could put something in place?

Ceiling is broken..and water goes through it and it’s missing the daily foods needed in a household.
I gave this shop 1 star if I could give it a 0 I would always dirty staff are rude they talk about you. Also the food looks out of date and gone off it very expensive and awful in there the staff are very lazy as well they don’t clean nothing

Lived in the area over seven years now. Every manager who has previously run this shop has been polite an curtiois to all customers and staff. The staff are all amazing and so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately at present the manager of this shop is rude, condistending an likes to belittle customers and his staff. I came to him with an issue about the delivery trucks delivering before 6am an asked if he could try to resolve this. He did not help in anyway other than laughing in my face when I was close to tears telling him I couldent deal with the trucks outside my house at 6am in the morning.He spoke down to me in a such a way trying to provoke me but
