Fantastic selection of wines. Some of them real gems for the best price you can find online. Ordered twice recently. Both orders delivered to London on the very next day. top stuff. Highly recommend.
I can't comment on the ordering system people have had issues with but the shop itself is great. Wonderful selection to buy or drink in and knowledgeable owner. I wish they could get reviewed for the online and in shop system separately as I don't think the current Google rating reflects the in shop experience at all.
Alex was brilliant, hospitable, and knew what wines we’d enjoy and like to try. Very reasonable prices for that quality of wine and an amazing, relaxing venue. Lowered rating as they rarely respond to emails.
Stumbled upon this place after a dinner near by. Alex was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and respectful. He offered us many tasters (for free) and guided us on our choices. Will definitely be returning. Fantastic place.
They sent the wrong bottle of wine. I have tried to follow this up with emails, but have had no reply after two weeks.

Received expensive wine as a gift which was corked and have had 3 separate messages to this company ignored for over 3 weeks, not good customer service.
