I came shopping the other day and was served by a young man in a checkered shirt with a strong northern accent and he was incredibly helpful packing my bags for me and assisting me in signing up for a membership card, it really made my day and I'll definitely shop here again.
Went in, and none of the member offers came off even though I scanned my card and it showed on receipt, just without any offers applying. Shop ended up costing £15 more than it was supposed to. Actually a joke.
Bought a few items, at checkout I said hi to her but no respond even she didn’t look at me, she was throwing my stuff after scan. I never seen her there anyway she’s rude and no manner at all.
Well stocked neat and tidy shop, with a good selection and little discount section can get some bargains. I live nearby and often pop in. The staff are usually okay, but the other day I literally had to stand and wait at the counter while a the staff member was texting. After saying hello? She said yeah yeah … finished the text, put my things through while holding the phone. Then went back to texting … so I had too interrupt to ask for a bag, and the receipt. It was pretty terrible customer service.
I came from Bristol today to work and popped into this shop a few minutes ago, I was served by a gentleman in a white shirt and he packed my shopping for me after I asked for a bag, this sounds ridiculous but I’ve never had my shopping packed for me before in a coop at home and it just really made me smile, I have had the worst day and this member of staff managed to put a smile on my face without realising it, thank you!
Good store for groceries. But customers service on till and staff stacking the selves has been rude, slow and not friendly. Staff will have a personal conversation to someone else while serving you completely ignoring you. Which causes long queues and unnecarray waiting as you are waiting for them to finish a conversation with someone else. There is either lack of respect for the job or training.
Just a good well stocked small supermarket, handy if you run out of something. Good stock of wine and beer/cider. The staff here have always been nice, friendly and helpful.
The people working at this Co-op are some of the most friendly and helpful staff I've ever encountered; they will go out of their way to assist you, even helping you get the most for your money or advising you on products that they've tried and enjoyed!
Like The Co op The Welsh speaking gent.....you have a name badge....i didn t have my glasses. You have excellent customer service skills...every customer that i ve seen gets the same 5 star treatment Believe me that if we want to be ignored....there are plenty of other places to visit It is this talent/gift that makes you stand out from The Rest There is also another young gent the same. You need to sprinkle your magic over some of your collegues........they are ok but could be better Honest appreciation of you guys.....good luck to you!!!!!!
