   I was very disappointed with this play area! I visited with my 9-year-old daughter, my 4-year-old daughter, and my 14-year-old niece. From the moment we arrived, I noticed the staff’s unacceptable attitude. They were glaring at us and seemed to be stalking my niece and 9-year-old daughter. When my daughter and niece told me they were going to the toilet, a staff member followed them and even asked, “Do you know how to lock the door?”—which made them feel extremely uncomfortable. They were shocked by the staff’s behavior, and to make things worse, the staff even pointed at them in a rude manner. Later, while my daughter and niece were helping my 4-year-old, the staff became angry and unfairly kicked them out. Even after they left, the staff continued to stare at them non-stop. Before we left, my daughter and niece wanted some hot chocolate. However, the staff deliberately did not put a lid on the cup, which resulted in my niece spilling it on herself as we were leaving. Luckily, the hot chocolate wasn’t boiling, but it still created a safety hazard as it spilled on the ground—someone could have slipped and seriously injured themselves. To make matters worse, while my niece and daughter were simply sitting at a table doing nothing, the staff continued to glare at them. And when we finally left, we didn’t even receive a proper farewell. I will not be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

   The soft play is in back of the tesco and isn't the biggest, the prices are on the more expensive side for what they have to offer there in my opinion. There are 3 sections in total the under 30months one that is just one climbing frame and a slide and few blocks then a middle part that's sort of like a maze for bigger kids very basic and then the main part which included a small football /basketball pitch the main climbing unit and underaim climbing unit some pretend shops. The main part of it is okay it's well equipped of you have to follow around your toddler as everything seems to be easy enough to access without having to climb crazy places there is an okay variaty there and overall can't really complain about it apart from the size which again isn't very big at all. There are pretend shops under the main part that were empty of anything so really have to use your imagination in the store and the garage and the kitchen as no pots or pans just bare bones of it, understandable that kids will carry things off but walking around the soft play I didn't really notice much of the carried off stuff on the main bits so I am assuming there isn't much there. The sitting area is big enough and you can over see your children sort of from there, can't coment on the food and drink, bathroom were dirty the staff seemed okay. Overall for only having 90 minutes to play and it costing nearly 7£ for a toddler I would say it isn't really worth it, I think the size and the variaty in there should be better, also just to note kids over 8 aren't allowed and children have to be under a certain size to be able to go in soft play.

   Amazing place with amazing staff! We love going here with my son. The girls are all friendly and willing to help as much as they can, I love going in so my son can play and I always get to have a great chat with the girls too. Food is also really nice! And not over the top expensive. My son always makes friends while here and most the kids just play together and have fun. We have the unlimited pass for £16 and it is 100% worth it, its great to just take my boy any day of the week, especially when my wife goes shopping (as its inside tesco), me and the lad just go in for an hour or so while she does the shopping in peace and quiet. There is lots to do for the kids and even a section from little ones who can sit up. Music is always playing ranging from pop songs to We don't talk about Bruno, their is also a TV on with subtitles for the mums and dad who are trying to have 5 to themselves while the little ones run around the soft play.

   Ok soft play with some newly updated areas. Shame to see that the role play rooms are still empty over a year since our last visit. Waste of space without having toys to compliment the rooms. It’s also shame about the lack of parenting going on which leads to unruly children pushing and shoving and not taking turns on the one at a time equipment. Most parents sat down enjoying their time while others have to intervene with these unruly children to make sure their own are not savaged. Most stressful soft play experience ever. Probably won’t return. If anyone is after an outstanding softplay with mostly well behaved children, and staff who are on it, try Mambo in Cardiff

   Normally the staff are fab. On this occasion she told my little one she couldn't come again as 8 is too old. First tell me, not her she is very sweat and easy to dent her confidence. Secondly, the staff normally talk to her as they always remember her and never once said she wasn't welcome due to just turning 8, maybe as she's a lovely young lady. Even my sister was baffled and saddened. So you have lost 2 nice customers. Well done.

   Soft play itself is ok nice equipment for kids to get good fun. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with food is served there. Please don’t call it healthy snacks. Also Disappointed that you don't enforce the age/height restrictions. Older children are allowed to run screaming and knocking down the little ones. Some parents bare foot or in muddy shoes on the ramp is not acceptable for hygienic and healthy reasons

   Poor hygiene. The whole place needs cleaning, my kids have been sick several times after playing here. In reply to the business response.. I’m sorry there is absolutely no way your seemingly stringent cleaning schedule is carried out in the way you describe. After 4 times of bringing home the sickness bug at children's parties and play days held at this venue i think my review is both fair and overdue.

   One of our favourite places for us to take the kids early in the morning, just after opening when it’s quiet. Staff have always been really nice and helpful and interact really well with the children. They’ve recently added a new section, which is nice to see.
