   These guys will take your money overbook the place then not tell you its cancelled until you turn up and say like the roof is leaking when theyve already given it to someonelse when they are still advertising the property on other sites and elsewhere whoever pays the most gets the place very poor service and attitude is shocking no help from them at all in all my travelling never had problems like this before dodgy company stay well clear

   Basically everything. The roof was horrendous, absolutely freezing, the bed was tiny, floors was filthy, holes in the wall and cracks in the tiles on the floor, fire doesn’t get warm, sofas was dirty and smelt, the floor needed a really really good clean. The bins in the apartment needed emptying out, they were fully to the top. The duvet on the bed was very very thin and it was cold already so it didn’t warm me up. There was a smashed window in the bedroom, people shouting and fighting outside the door at 1am, empty alcohol bottles on the windowsill. i could say a lot more but it just wasn’t nice altogether.

   Stayed here for three nights and it was an amazing stay. We was provided all information on how to operate everything in the apartment. This is a luxury apartment with a jacuzzi and worth every penny. Will definitely be staying again
