   Really glad that I found this place,as in a quiet area of Huddersfield near town centre Really lovely hotel,room was warm,well cleaned and bed was a king size. Really comfortable bed and TV had plenty of choices.Definitely will stay there again.

   They couldn't accommodate me this time, due to certain specifications, but were very fast to reply to my enquiry. When I stayed here previously I found the room clean, with good amenities and the staff were lovely.

   The room was very comfortable and quiet. The origami rose and bowtie on the toilet roll was an unexpected and unique touch! The breakfast, as has been mentioned by others, is interesting. The bacon is reconstituted bits - I avoided it. I went for a sausage but it was nothing to write home about. The service is friendly and cheerful. The person on reception had locked themself out of reception so had to climb over the reception desk to get back in so they could check me in! I'm not sure it was the first time they'd had to do that.

   Nice clean place at a great price for 2 nights and excellent food options. Booked for a guest for 2 nights who was more than happy with his stay, very very clean and very friendly, polite, accommodating staff who were more than happy to help with nothing being too much to ask. Definitely recommend staying here if you need to stay in the Huddersfield area. Thank you for your hospitality

   I was a little apprehensive about this hotel as it wasn't a chain. I have to say there was no need. Quick check in with no issues. Room was just what was needed and it had great lighting unlike some others. Comfy beds and very clean. A little feedback. It was a very warm weekend when we were there so a fan in the room would've helped. The chair in the room was very worn. Neither would stop me staying there again. Oh and close to the town centre.

   Hotel stinks, next door to a gym with loud music until late. People shouting in most rooms, Seems to be a hotel for immigration.

   Rood staff that just can't be bothered, toilet seat was broken with gaffa tape all round it, half of the lighting didn't work, capet was all damp near the bed, breakfast was dry and on paper plates on top of the toast, filthy walls, filthy doors, holes been filled with toilet tishue, very old TV that hardly worked and the TV remote didn't have a back on it and was absalutly horrid full of food and grime. When confronted about this they changed the toilet seat and hoovered the wet patch and that was it it's just a complete disaster of a place to stay I wouldn't want my dog to stay hear.

   Clean & tidy, helpful staff, decent car parking facilities. Breakfast was nice, plenty of choice. Easy walking distance to the town centre, bus & train station.

   I swear down the staff here were vile and rude. The customer service was absolutely terrible. They NEED SORTING OUT! They look down out you and they are all arrogant! THAT HOTEL NEEDS NEW STAFF! I would NEVER recommend this to friends and family!

   This stay was not worthy at all! Staff were absolutely rude, they treated you like you were a dog! Everyone should be treated equally but that wasn’t for us! I would NEVER recommend staying here! All the staff are rude, full of themselves and have disgusting behaviour for being kind hotel staff!!!!!!!!! They need to sort out their manners and behaviour! I rate this one star just for the room itself
