   Play area is great but.... We were sitting on one of the tables for 1.5 hrs, before a staff member put a reserved sticker on our table with a time range already past, presumably for a party?. 2 minutes later a disgruntled "supervisor" came out and told us we had to move. We paid to be here... And had been there with no issues for most of the 2 hr slot? Maybe take the time to the explain better next time? Some training needed perhaps. Also as a result when our son came out of the play area ( whilst having 30 minutes remaining on our time slot) he was confused as we weren't where we expected and burst into tears. So in summary 10/10 facilities, -5/10 staff.

   Definitely on the pricey side, especially if you want to add drinks/food on top of entry. Could do with a clean the floor was dirty, kids were going into soft play with food and the tables were not cleaned. Our kids enjoyed it and we didn't have to wait to go in (plus they let us in early as it was quieter) but we've definitely been to better ones that were more value for money. Brean overall is VERY expensive!

   Went today with 2 kids and had a great time! The 3 year old absolutely loved the larger soft play, I went round it with him and it’s really well done, doesn’t feel claustrophobic and is really easy to navigate but also exciting for them. The ‘under 4s’ section was ok for my 11m old, he just wanted to crawl around through the tunnel but it’s not well ‘policed’ by staff or parents, with lots of older kids in there. The food was good, we had jacket potato and cheesy fries. Both tasted a little bit of ‘freezer burn’ but absolutely tolerable for the setting. It was the last day before school holidays; we went around 1pm, and it wasn’t busy at all, I would say about 10 families max. But they were well understaffed with one main staff member having to duck between the front desk and the cafe, as well as clean etc. No wonder they can’t monitor the soft play at all. I felt quite sorry for them and things I ordered from the cafe were forgotten so had to follow up. Would definitely return but I wouldn’t want to be there at peak time, it must be manic as the tables are very crammed together, not a lot of room for buggies!

   Visited for the first time with my 10 month old. While the bigger play area is decent and has enough to do, the baby area is lacking. Not much going on and multiple things worn or broken. Not to mention there numerous older children in the baby only section (not a care from parents or staff). This explain why things were broken as they’re not designed for bigger kids. All in all good value for money but won’t be returning unfortunately.

   Kids loved it. Very clean. Different play zones. Food and drink reasonable priced. Good place for kids to run off steam.

   Only ever been here at 'quieter' times so cant comment on how busy it can get. always had a decent time with our little one. its nice to have a coffee, let the little one let off some steam. probably one of the more expensive soft plays we have been to hence the loss of a star although for older kids there is a lot of potential (ninja sets etc)

   Brilliant for kids. Food wasn't too expensive and there's lots of choice. Parking prices are a bit steep but the play area is worth every penny

   Great play area and cool inside which was a bonus given the hot weather. Took our 2 grandchildren both aged just under 2 so stuck to the under 4 section which has lots for them to do. Spent about 1.5 hours there. Entrance fee is reasonable although you do also need to pay for parking.
