I called to find out about a cooker filter and was told they would call me back. But nothing. Then I called and I was told to email, which I did. But no response. After several phone calls and each time it was we will call you or respond to you. But I have heard nothing. I keep getting told they have them but they are not getting back. I made it clear it was urgent and I could have saved myself time by ordering elsewhere but since they said they could get it in afew days I held off ordering elsewhere. Very poor service. I will never try and get anything from here
