   We have purchased two sofas from Boconcept Cardiff. Rula spent time with us looking at the house plan and helping ensure the pieces we chose fit the space and with fabric choices. On a return visit Lily was very helpful in assisting with picking cushions to complement the space. We couldn’t be happier with the new sofas and would highly recommend Boconcept Cardiff. Several other pieces and accessories were spotted whilst browsing and we will be returning!

   I’ve always loved scandi design and this comes in buckets at BoConcept. We recently purchased a beautiful sofa and when it eventually arrived it didn’t disappoint. Nikole, from Cardiff shop, kept us in the loop every step of the way. Delivery was swift and sofa was excellently protected on arrival and all packaging was taken away. Sofa is super comfortable, very stylish and wonderfully upholstered. I can’t believe it’s ours! Thank you BoConcept ❤️

Good quality furniture which arrived on time and positioned in our new lounge by a helpful team directed by Teodora. I can’t fault the service and I am delighted with my new furniture, and including the layout suggested. Highly recommend.

   When looking for a new sofa, we popped in to Bo Concept in Cardiff and were immediately welcomed and provided with advice. We came in about three time and each time the three people we interacted with were knowledgeable and helpful. They volunteered to come to the house with swatches and advise on our options. We could not be more happy with our beautiful new sofa and footstool. The customer services is about the best I have seen for a furniture store!

   The best customer service I have ever recieved. Daniel at the Cardiff branch was amazing at answering queries even on weekends and evenings. What a great work ethic. Leanne was lovely in store when I visited and excellent service when I took my children in to see the sofas. Wish every business had an employee like Daniel. Such hard working, approachable and conscientious.

   We had a great experience shopping at Bo Concept in Cardiff. We'd been looking for some new sofas for a long time, but we couldn't find what we were looking for. However, we quickly saw what we wanted in Bo Concept - modern-looking furniture, made to a very high quality. The staff were very friendly and professional - a step up from the customer service I've experienced at other retailers. They were very patient as they helped us to choose the right fabric we were looking for. They made the whole process of buying the furniture very easy - communication was excellent. We would highly recommend a visit to Bo Concept in Cardiff - it's not often that you feel valued as customer, but we certainly did here.
