   We highly recommend Matt and his team. From the very first meeting, everything was handled so professionally. We weren’t sure what we wanted, so we asked Matt to come up with some ideas—and he absolutely nailed it. The whole team who carried out the work was amazing. We were given a clear schedule, everything ran smoothly, and everything was completed exactly as planned. We can’t thank you enough for our wonderful kitchen. We’re absolutely delighted!

   Excellent service. Can’t recommend enough. We first visited World of Kitchens around 9 years ago and met Paul. Unfortunately at that time we weren’t able to go ahead with a new kitchen but we promised we’d be back when the time was right. Earlier this year we visited again, and dealt with Paul again! All we had to do was choose the cupboards, handles and appliances and Paul did the rest. When visiting the house he got a feel for what would suit us best and the beautiful plans he created were exactly what we wanted. Any questions we had were answered with no hesitation. The project was managed to perfection from start to finish. We were given a full plan of who to expect coming to the house and when. It was done with military precision. All of the contractors that carried out work were professional, courteous and took pride in their work. For such a big project it took just over 3 weeks to complete which was incredible. We are thrilled to bits with our beautiful kitchen and it was definitely worth the wait. Big thanks to Paul and everyone who worked on our kitchen.

   As a returning customer to World of Kitchens (my last kitchen was installed by them 20 years ago), I am delighted with my new kitchen which has given me much more storage and preparation space. Throughout the whole design process, from the initial consultation to the final result, Matt was extremely helpful and careful to ensure that the design met my needs, despite my frequent indecisiveness. The project management of the whole kitchen which included re-plastering, flooring, electrical installations, plumbing and painting as well as the kitchen fitting itself, was very well managed. I highly recommend World of Kitchens and I'd like to thank Matt for making the whole process so smooth from start to finish.

   Very Highly Recommended – that’s the bottom line for World of Kitchens based in Caerleon. Newport kitchen fitters second to none and clear favourites in our research to replace our moderate-size Newport kitchen. We invited 2 suppliers from an initial 4 to measure our Kitchen and design a provisional layout. These are the factors that set World of Kitchens apart from the other supplier. • World of Kitchens were professional and thorough, nudging us gently to the best solution. The other supplier didn't live up to this standard • Paul (designer and project manager) from World of Kitchens was constructive suggesting designs to make best use of layout, light, electrical goods locations and available space. The other supplier basically asked what we wanted and didn’t offer any design suggestions or experience. In the end, it was an easy decision • Paul impressed us with his professionalism and level of experience. He knows his stuff and the customer is the beneficiary. In delivery, our Kitchen was project managed end to end, a total solution with a lovely end product and quality trade work to get there. In summary then – a beautiful new kitchen from World of Kitchens in Caerleon. Wow! And wow again! A dream kitchen, beautifully crafted and with a superb finish. Everything we asked for we got, and more from a very professional and experienced team! That’s why we’ve no hesitation in giving World of Kitchens the strongest recommendation.

   I happened to come across World of Kitchens in Caerleon simply by chance when looking for a new kitchen and I am so glad I found them. I was looking for a smaller independent kitchen company rather than the big chains and from the outset I was impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail, cost and impeccable service. Matt designed us the most incredible kitchen which was way above our expectations incorporating everything we asked for and now it's complete we couldn't be more delighted. During the work, Matt managed the project completely, we had a plan that incorporated start and finish dates and what tradesmen we could expect to be at our home and when. Everyone working on the kitchen was a credit to the company. The quality of the kitchen is also excellent. The whole family are thrilled with the end result, it is beyond what we've always longed for. I could not recommend World of Kitchens highly enough. Thank you Matt and team.

   Thank you to World of Kitchens for our new Kitchen/diner. I loved the design Matt produced from the start. Not only does the kitchen look good it works efficiently on a daily basis. Matt gave good advice about appliances - I'm so pleased I decided to go for the Quooker hot tap and large fridge. The work was all completed on time and as planned. The trades were respectful of us and our home. World of Kitchens even fitted us in when we needed new units in our utility which was not originally planned. Any difficulties were dealt with promptly and efficiently by Matt - "Leave it with me " was all we needed to hear. I would recommend World of Kitchens.

   Here’s a big shout out to Paul and all the crew at World of Kitchens in Caerleon. What a superb team who have just completed fitting our new kitchen and bathroom. From the moment we first spoke to Paul, a few things became totally clear to us:– 1. He listened to what we were saying to him, and 2. There were absolutely no pressure sales tactics used whatsoever. Our build was very challenging from the start, in that we were trying to get a modern kitchen and bathroom to blend into the character of our 17th century cottage. Paul showed effective listening techniques and totally took on board the requests we were making – often coming up with very good suggestions in how we could undertake the project in a sympathetic manner. The result was absolutely stunning and we actually ended up with much more storage space than we originally had, and all achieved in a very logical and visually pleasing form. As the cottage is so old, we expected that we may come across some issues, but these were handled in a very professional manner with Paul keeping us appraised at every step of the way. The team of tradesmen that World of Kitchens use are all very hardworking and often went the extra mile to keep us happy. To say my wife was ecstatic with the end result is an understatement – she is beaming like a Cheshire cat, especially with all the wonderful comments we have received from our family and friends (who have all been impressed with the finishes achieved). The key thing for us was that Paul gave us a completion date for the main works and met it – even though we did hit a few minor issues along the way. If you are looking for a good firm to design a new kitchen and bathroom, then you need look no further than World of Kitchens – they are superb
