   I have been to Heath Lodge Clinic for an MRI scan and with my friend who needed an MRI scan and ultrasound. From start to finish, on both occasions, the clinic staff were fantastic. the greeting from reception was so warm and welcoming. My MRI appointment was organised within a day of them getting my referral and the report was sent back to my physiotherapist a couple of days later! My friend needed a specialist MRI and ultrasound - she is a very nervous when it comes to this sort of thing and asked me to go with her for moral support. The ultrasound lady was so lovely with her, took time to listen to her questions and gave her time to calm down! We then went for the MRI (organised for the same day!) and I was allowed to go into the room with her and sit by the scanner. I don't normally write reviews but I was googling the clinic to pass on details to another friend and felt it was important to tell people who may not have been here before just how good the place is. I would have no hesitation in recommending Heath Lodge Clinic and if I need anything in the future, I won't be going anywhere else.

   Two experiences of the clinic, neither overly good. First time rude radiographer, the second time they took over a week to respond to a referral request. By comparison, the Nuffield in Leamington responded the same day with a scan the next.

   I needed a hip X-ray. Heath Lodge is a very well equipped centre, but more importantly, the reception there was friendly, efficient and comfortable. The whole procedure was quick and smooth. I didn’t have to wait beyond my appointment time (although the waiting room was a delightful lounge with hot drinks available), the radiographer was calm and very personable, the X-Ray carried out with minimal fuss and the image given to me/sent to my GP promptly. An excellent service.

   I would absolutely recommend Heath Lodge Clinic to other patients seeking an MRI scan. The staff I interacted with were incredibly kind and professional throughout my visit. I must also mention their excellent communication and understanding: due to traffic, I was late for my appointment, and they were kind enough to call me and were completely understanding of the situation. It made a potentially stressful experience much easier."

   I have been using the services at Heath lodge Clinic for several years, both from a personal and professional perspective. The standard of service never fails to impress and the staff always greet you with a friendly smile and help to create an environment that feels like a home from home. I have visited numerous places up and down the country through my work and no where else comes close to the quality and professionalism shown at Heath Lodge and not to mention at such a competitive price. Ps .. coffee in the waiting room isn't bad either

   I have been to Heath Lodge on a couple of occasions for both an MRI and an Ultrasound. At both visits I found the clinic itself to be immaculately clean and all the staff from bookings, to reception and the radiographers who did my scans, friendly and caring, yet professional. My reports were expedited to my referrers within the time frame quoted to me and were very detailed and thorough which enabled a swift plans moving forward. Thank you for your kind attentions in both matters.

   Our experience at Heath Lodge was excellent. Staff immediately put my partner at ease as well as treating him with respect. Every aspect of the scan was explained to him and the procedure was not started until the staff were sure that my partner was comfortable. Due to my partner been very nervous they even let me stay with him during his scan. I highly recommend Heath Lodge to anyone who suffers with claustrophobia.    My Mom visited Heath Lodge Clinic on Tuesday 11 October for a scan. She was rather anxious and nervous before arriving but all the staff were wonderful. They managed to calm her down and explained what they were doing for every step of the scan. They took care of my elderly Mom and she definitely felt looked after. My Mom has since told all the family of her pleasant experience. We'd like to give you all a big thank you.

   Had a MRI scan in August MRI staff were friendly. Over a week later no report sent to my GP, had to speak to reception staff twice over the phone to send report over to my GP. Finally after about a hour of back and forth calls to the clinic and GP the report was emailed. MRI staff are friendly and welcoming, but the receptionist staff need more training in customer service skills. Very unprofessional.

   Staff are professional and the clinic is set in a gorgeous period featured building. As a nervous patient I wish I had more communication whilst in the MRI machine, headphones and ear plugs provided to help reduce noise from the machine. Other than that no qualm, they have a lovely not chocolate machine and waiting area.
