   First of all, huge thanks to Aaron for sorting literally everything and helping me choose my kitchen. Twenty four hours was all it took from measuring up to ordering and payment. Superb value for money. Two weeks later it was delivered! Aaron is the man! ✨️ Also, thanks to Matt & Mia in the store for their advice and help. Such a friendly bunch at Blackwood and they all go above and beyond for the customer! Lastly, big thanks to Kevin & Gareth who delivered everything. They were so friendly and we had a proper laugh. Also they were very mindful by placing the units on palettes etc, handled items with care and could not have done more. Five star service from you all at Howdens! Will highly recommend to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   As a returning customer to Howdens I can honestly say Howdens Blackwood all do a fantastic job. As a trade customer pricing is competitive all while holding ample stock and always being flexible with returns, any missed items and any unfortunate damages. Matt has provided exceptional customer service on a recent project going above and beyond to assist out of hours with queries and questions well above what any company could ask of an employee, reminding me why Howdens is my choice of supplier. I look forward to continuing to working with this branch on future projects.

   Matthew has been exceptionally helpful throughout and did a fantastic job planning our kitchen with us. Ceri is always polite and helpful when we go into the store or phone. Sadly, Leanne lets the team down. With her often rude, dismissive attitude and patronising tone, she isn't the best person to work in customer service. As a result, we will be going elsewhere for the utility room furniture. Such a shame.

   Friendly staff, catalogue available and small selection of samples for flooring to visualise, which could be labelled better. Free coffe available if you're into it. Plenty for kitchen counters and taps. Purchased supplies for new kitchen, not finished yet but pleased with how it looks so far.

   Matt designed me a lovely kitchen to suit my limited budget. He’s been accessible by phone and in person through a few teething problems. He even dropped off bits for me within 30 mins of me calling one day. No pressure to buy what I couldn’t afford and he gave great advice in the design. I’m very grateful for his tips which turned out to be correct. Totally trustworthy and genuine. Kitchen is well made, good quality and looks beautiful.

   We had a new kitchen last year supplied by Howdens. Although the units were of a good quality they paid little attention to the kitchen design and did not provide a kitchen fit-for-purpose for a disabled pensioner as requested. Furthermore, they have completely failed on their customer service. Basically they are NOT interested in their customers once they have taken the money. Their solution to putting in a replacement freezer unit from 3 to the required 4 drawers was basically to pay for a new additional fridge freezer. We are now stuck with less space that we were used to which means more trips to the supermarket- OK perhaps if you are not disabled. We were also astonished that all of the electrical units provided (oven, hob, fridge-freezer) were with energy ratings that do now not exist - obviously using old stock! This means we now have to spend much more on electric than we should be - at least several hundreds of pounds extra each year. Most definitely a false economy. Also, don't bother using their online contact form or email - you usually won't get a reply. I had to call head office to get the Blackwood branch to reply. As you might imagine, we will not be recommending Howdens as a kitchen supplier. They most certainly live up to that communicated in their brochure and website.

   Trying to get things sorted over there is a nightmare. Staff can't even admit when they've made a mistake. I'd suggest going to a different branch if your going to use howdens.

   The kitchens are nice, competitively priced and the staff are nice. But the amount of items I’ve had to exchange for being given the wrong items is laughable. 3rd time lucky on a kitchen plinth.
