Amazing work from all the team. They collected a large fragile lamp from an auction house, packed & shipped to me. This is the first time I have used Pack & Send. I normally go direct to FedEx or DHL. By mistake I rang their number thinking it was DHL. The person on the phone stated to use also DHL for sending items. The price was also fairly competitive compared to a quote from FedEx. I took a leap of faith and I am pleasantly surprised that the item arrived on the other side of the world within the time frame advised. The staff at the depot were incredibly helpful. The item was dispatched and I was informed through the tracking number where the item was located. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them in the future.

This team did an excellent job of airfreighting a big sea chest full of delicate photographs from Devon to Texas. The team throughout were "on to it", courteous, transparent, flexible and responsive. They delivered on timing and pricing, which I'm happy with, escpecially as there was no damage
