   I have been seeing Saema Shahque tor a few months now on the mounjaro diet plan and I have found her to be so helpful and she encourages me to do all the right things without her help I don’t know what I would do to me she is one in a million. The guy before her was helpful but Saema has gone way beyond my expectations

   Visited today for my unwell daughter with suspected tonsillitis. this Pharmacy does Pharmacy first and my daughter was seen quickly. The pharmacist Haroon and other members of staff were brilliant - no long wait times and excellent service.

   Was very anxious that my medication hadn’t been issued due to it having to be reviewed & was going on holiday. Pharmacist explained the process, put my meds to one side so they weren’t out of stock when prescription came through the following day. If the worst happened I knew exactly what to do so I could obtain my medication from a pharmacy near my holiday location. I find all the staff so helpful & go above & beyond.

   Absolutely brilliant care provided by Nabeela and her team. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Every time I've had cause to need a pharmacist they have been really helpful and super professional. I recently had an issue with a minor wound that would not stop bleeding. Nabeela patched me up and allowed me to head to casualty with zero fuss and no cost.

   Been in with eldest and today with myself, pharmacists have been fabulous in sorting us out! Was worried how we would now get antibiotics for tonsillitis but no need to panic. They have been fabulous and will not think twice before going to see them before my gp.

   I would not advise anyone to have a covid jab here. Before I went into the `broom cupboard` to have my jab, an assistant asked me to take a seat in a cramped area with no social distancing - I declined and waited elsewhere. After I receiving my jab, I was handed an information leaflet which clearly states that it should be read BEFORE receiving the jab. If you have any self-worth I would suggest that you avoid the place like the plague - literally.

   Went up today, in the snow, to get urgent prescription found out it was closed. It had a notice saying "it has no pharmacist"will open at 10am went back at 10-10 still not open two wasted journeys. The web site said "it was open". Will be changing my pharmacy as soon as possible . This is not the first time I've had bad service.

   I have only put one star as I couldnt pit any less. I had tested positive for covid. I have asthma and one of my main inhalers needed replacing urgently. Doctors no problem. I phoned the pharmacy n they said no problem call back after 1. That's when my trouble started. I had no one to get my prescription that drives so my friend was walking to get it for me. They then informed me they dont have it so they sent it to other side of Shipley. I explained she doesn't drive and I have to pay for a taxi. Told her I could afford it they refused to deliver until 4 days later. I said u felt she had left me no choice but to get in my car and go myself. She said you cant do that it's against the law. I told her I felt she had left me no choice and was leaving me no option. I did ot ask for it to be sent to bd18. I will never use this pharmacy again in my life and will not recommend. I have used for years never again. Nothing would make me go back if it was the last place in Bradford.

   We have used Rowlands Pharmacy for a lot of years but they have let our family down as we are shielding and refused to delivery prescriptions. We have a transplant patient and was advise by staff to collect late in the evening as they are quiet. Unfortunately lots of footfall from Morrison and the Pure Gym. Loyalty means nothing to some companies.
