   Always very prompt and kind . I pick up meds regularly and I notice Doctor surgery's don't always send people's prescriptions when they say they have . The staff handle this well they always call their regular patients by name makes people feel comfortable and that they care. Other services provided like blood pressure earwax cleaning Covid jabs etc.

   Just wanted to send a quick note to say how impressed I was with Asma and Farah. I needed to order Nu Seal Aspirin, and they were incredibly helpful and patient in getting it sorted out for me. They really went out of their way. It's so nice to encounter friendly and efficient service like that. And the lollies for the kids were a lovely touch! Please pass on my thanks – they made my weekend a little brighter.

   Arrived today 16 Jan 2023. Waited wanted a basic run of the mill Asrin. Ohh no they don't do it. Prescription only stuff. Seriously what's going on. Got it elsewhere. Won't be taking a doctors Prescription here probably Wait 3 days to get in.

   Having had complex medical conditions in the past I've used pharmacies very regularly. Some good, some okay and some like this one excellent. Fast, professional and willing to go the extra mile. The staff are always polite and always prepared to help. Apart from being local the other advantage is that as an independent Pharmacy they are not tied to certain suppliers so when a certain brand is unavailable with one supplier they can source elsewhere quickly and have done. If they cannot obtain the brand they look for alternatives and inform the customer who can liaise with the GP to approve the replacement. In the past large chain Pharmacies have just handed the prescription back stating out of stock. It's rare these days to find good old fashioned service with a smile. Precinct are a cut above the others without a doubt.

   This chemist has always had brilliant service and treats you with consideration and respect would not go anywhere else when it was Lloyds!!! now if u complain you got called COCKY because you notice the difference between a cheap bottle that leaks and one that dosent.. Apparently i should be grateful for a bottle that doesn't leak otherwise iam being COCKY . The amount of money they get paid for doing prescription is high so is it to much to ask that the medication is still in the bottle by the time you get home ???
