   Since being under new owners there are no messages to say that your prescription is ready. You need to keep checking yourself. At least let patients know that you have removed this element of customer care. Especially relevant when the medicine is on repeat for a long term condition.

   I would give zero stars if I could for the customer service I received today, a young girl with scraped back black hair and huge eyelashes served me. She was extremely rude and clearly hates her job and people, she needs to go on a people skills course and learn some manners as she clearly has neither. Dawn Backhouse.

   Left me waiting almost a month for my medication. Called them and they rudely said it was my doctor's fault. After calling the doctor it was clear that the pharmacy was at fault. Turns out the pharmacist can't spell. Rude and inept.

   I was prescribed antibiotics for a chest infection, only just realised (Saturday they are closed) They haven't given me enough. The box said 15 but I have only had 12. Very frustrating as I need more, and they are closed, 111 takes an hour to speak to someone on a Saturday, then it was 12 hours until a GP called me back... So eventually after 48 hours a GP has prescribed me a new course of antibiotics.

   My multiple medications I collect weekly are very occasionally missing an item as I collect on a Friday I contact the pharmacy on a Monday to inform them, I always get told by the female assistants that they don't make mistakes and intimate that I am lying to gain extra medication, I get extremely insulted by this, the male pharmacist is very helpful though and usually sorts it out .

   This place is a complete joke. Staff have no idea what is going on. My prescription is wrong every time I try to collect. Regularly out of the most common drugs as when you have been given a date to collect they turn round and say "oh we haven't got any we need to order them" and these are drugs that are on repeat. If I could give it minus 5 stars I would, place and it's staff are totally incompetent. I have been up twice today and came away with nothing....PATHETIC...!!!

   What a laughing stock this pharmacy is, filled with complete incompetent imbeciles! A special shout out to ‘Farhana’ who sadly doesn’t own a brain cell to be able to provide any standard of customer service skills and is only able to use these 5 words ‘er well go somewhere else’ after making the mistake of handing out the incorrect prescription which is vital to my dads health- ALSO a big shout out to the blonde lanky piece who found it necessary to obtain a disgraceful attitude and wave he Mr.Tickle arms in front of my dads face
