   If I could give no stars I would.. absolutely appalling service.. never have my medication even with 2 weeks notice.. its not just me loads of people are having the same problem and they just don't care.. bring IMRAN back because it's gone down hill since he left

   Since the old owners left the place as gone downhill. I was left waiting 15 minutes for someone to come and see me I wouldn’t have cared if they had been busy but they weren’t. It wouldn’t hurt for the staff to crack a smile once in a while either

   Slow, disorganized pharmacy. Even worse now with changes in staff. Wait for ages, then you'll often be told it's not in stock, phonecalls never answered, it's absolutely frustrating as it's the only pharmacy easily accessible to local people, it really needs to do better.

   VERY knowledgeable, caring AND efficient pharmacist and staff. Just about everything you could ask for from a pharmacy. I know some ppl use Online Prescription Delivery firms, thinking they will be more efficient BUT they fall short when delays, non-delivery and mistakes occur. I will always recommend local pharmacies over big name/larger based outlets *when the service and/or response time is better. In the case of 2 places that were/are close to me [Southowram Pharmacy and Siddal Pharmacy], I'm happy to say both of these come HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I also say this after living in/around a much larger city [in my case 20 years near Bristol, latterly with 2 young children and a baby]...plus now myself having Progressive Multiple Sclerosis, a trusted, professional pharmacy team is arguably more important. In short, 5★ for this place without hesitation. It's a "YES" from this Simon.
