   I am very disappointed with this GP. They couldn’t care less. They never accept me when I need it; they always send me to the pharmacy. When I was seriously ill, they told me to take paracetamol, even though maybe I needed antibiotics at that time because I had relapsed, and had a severe cough. But they just don’t care.

   My partner hadn't been seen by the GP for abt 12months they just use to do his repeat perception for him and he rang to get his repeat sent to the chemist and they told him that they had no longer got him on the records as a patient which is descustin as he has been at the surgery from birth and they didn't even contact him to tell him so he has now got no doctor and needs his mental health meds I wudnt recommend this surgery to anyone

   I have been with this practice over 10 years and to be honest I have not had a bad experience. I called At 8am requested a call back receptionist contacted me who was friendly and polite. Asked if I would mind going to hurst lane for face to face appointment (not a problem). I was seen by 10 am.

   I have had to deal with Croft Medical Centre on behalf of my Uncle who has been poorly and needed care from us here in Birmingham. I read the reviews on Google and anticipated nothing but issues with my dealings with the Surgery. However, I found the Surgery and all of the Team that I have dealt with to be nothing but courteous, helpful, professional and extremely kind. None of my requests, on behalf of my Uncle have been straightforward, yet every single request has been efficiently dealt with. I could not have asked for more support and will always be grateful for the compassion which the Surgery have provided to my family as well as me. I managed to get the names of two very helpful colleagues, Freya and Elaine. Both were incredibly helpful and each one exceeded my highest expectations. In short, don't accept Google Reviews as factual, judge on your own experience. I did and could not have been happier. Thank you to all at Croft Surgery.

   I'm ill and I can't get an appointment to see my own doctor at my guys surgery in over 5 years . What do I actually pay national insurance for ? It's a disgrace . Receptionist has a bad attitude and doesn't care . I could be dying here . There is no way of getting an appointment

   I've been with this practice nearly 2 years and only once managed to see a doctor, when going to receptionist only met with discourtacy, and told to ring 111 and try badger clinic. Phoning is a complete waste of time. Do we still have a national health?

   An amazing Medical Centre, Friendly and helpful staff, Superb GPs & Nurses who are very professional and respectful. I highly recommend this practice. Patients need to be More understanding of how the process works, and not take any frustrations out on the staff who are there to support us.

   Unfortunately this is my 92 year old mother's gp I've had text sent to me asking to make appointment for tests for her! Joke well would be if at all funny, the disastrous phone system everyone else has mentioned is true and so is the fact that twice in as many weeks the gp has not called as arranged! Thoroughly unprofessional, if you look inside its always empty apart from 3/4 people maybe, I can only describe it as shambolic

   I've had two visits with the GP, once during 2020 and early today. On both occasions, I've had been taken care of. This morning, the number was busy and had requested for a call back. I received a call back in 25 minutes and they very very helpful with suggestions and appointment. Was lucky to find an appointment later today, at another GP near by. Wish everyone a good health.

   I don't normally use the Doctors or this surgery, but in the last week or so (following a referral from the Optician) have found the receptionists and nursing staff very helpful. I called in straight from the Opticians, they booked an appointment for a few days time. Had a blood test, which came back after 2 days and the Receptionist although couldn't give me all the details, reassured me, after speaking to the nurse, that there was nothing too much to worry about. Was pleasantly surprised.
