   The doctor was fantastic! He gave my friend cheek filler, chin filler, nasolabial fold filler, forehead Botox, and lip filler—and the results were amazing. She looks so natural and at least 10 years younger! The doctor was incredibly gentle throughout the procedure and clearly takes pride in his work. It’s not just about money for him—he genuinely wants his clients to be happy with their results. I would highly recommend Face Aesthetic Clinic to everyone. Brilliant treatment, excellent customer service 10/10.I will definitely be coming back!

   I purchased a colonic treatment via Groupon with Face Aesthetics Solihull and was really disappointed with the experience. I always like to support independent businesses, but unfortunately, they didn’t respond to my phone calls, text messages, or WhatsApps. When they eventually replied, they offered me a last-minute cancellation slot the following day during my working hours. I explained that it was too short notice and asked to arrange a weekend appointment instead, but I was then ignored again. Despite trying several times to get booked in, there was a real lack of communication or willingness to help, which was very disappointing. I eventually gave up and requested a refund.

   The receptionist was cold / not socializing at all and the wait felt awkward. There were no consent forms sent by email prior to the aesthetics treatment, which meant wether I liked it or not had to go ahead after reading about potential side-effects of the procedure in the paper consent forms sent handed to me at the time of my appointment because I already paid in full. The treatment room was odd full of all sorts of items - it needs a good declutter and even a new decor. The Doctor was chewing gum through the entire treatment and whilst talking to me as well.

   Stuffs are professional and highly skilled. Doctor explained me everything step by step. This is my 1st aesthetic treatment and I was nervous but the doctor was explaining me and assured me in every steps. Great result. Highly recommend Face Aesthetic Clinic.    Today I had my first colonic I have struggled massively over the years to the point my bowels have stopped working . I called up and managed to get a same day appointment.on arrival the clinic is clean friendly and although I was nervous the man was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. I explained my issue and we proceeded with the colonic it was very reassuring and although it took longer there was a sign of hope and it definitely moved some .I will need to return and I will use the clinic again .so thank you .

   Great clinic, competitive prices. What a find! The clinic offers a multitude of aesthetic beauty treatments at extremely competitive prices. Before booking I called the clinic and after leaving a message was contacted swiftly back by the receptionist who was very helpful and efficient in booking me in. She was very clear and informative. I was running late and after contacting Alma,(the clinics receptionist) she was more than accommodating and polite. On arrival I was greeted with a friendly welcome and appropriate forms were presented to me. After a short wait, the reception soon filled up, which was reassuring that the clinic is popular and well regarded. The doctor warmly greeted me in the reception and apologised for running a little late, which was very considerate baring in mind I was the one that was late. Loo Graciously the doctor explained everything and expressed his 10 years experience in the beauty aesthetics field. Nothing was an issue and treatment was carried out with high professionalism.
