   This guesthouse is a good cheap option in Cardiff, the location is great, and the room is what you pay for. My room was clean and quaint, and the bathrooms were clean. You can hear through the walls, but it’s an older building and a cheap stay so it’s to be expected. I will say that the WiFi was down, but I reached out and they said they were fixing it. The email is quite responsive within 24 hours. I’m a solo female traveler and this guesthouse feels quite safe, however of course this will be different for each person.

   I am writing this review to warn you that if you book this accommodation though another company and pay for it. Be careful has this is what has happened to me. I paid through another company (Expedia) and while I have there the guesthouse took more money away from me. And I have tried the ask for this money back but have no joy. I was not warned of this happening. They stole from from me for a stay that I already paid for. Beware. P,lease

   The guest house is in a great location, and had expected basic accommodation from the price, but cleanliness is 1 star. The mugs and spoons were unusable, the bathroom sink hadn't been cleaned from the last guests and was full of hair and dirt and everything in the room was in poor condition.

   Location was great and the view was nice but..The room was not clean.There was hair all in the sink, empty bottle of soap, the hair dryer didn’t work and couldn’t even have a cup of tea because the cups were filthy with what looked like mould.

   Good location near the city centre. However I didn't find it that clean its quiet at night though. The bathroom wasn't that nice either but if you are looking for reasonable priced stay then here it is.

   A good budget room. A great location. I had a couple of issues with my room, however they were sorted in an instant upon advising the cleaning staff. Great service!
