   Up Estates were fantastic from start to finish with selling our house. Charlotte Hemmings who had a professional and reassuring manner from first meet deserves a mention for taking us from an initial valuation meeting to on the market in days with some excellent photography. As a team Up Estates facilitated an expedient sale, were very transparent on price, proficient with organising viewings and consistent with communication. Emily Norbury was also great at keeping us reliably in the loop during the various stages of completion. Couldn’t recommend Up Estates any more for folks looking to sell a house.

From the get go Jade has been so helpful and very pro active in getting viewings booked for our property and to finally selling. Nothing was too much for Jade. A true asset to Up Estates.    Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, absolutely the worse experience in our life’s , we was looking to relocate and came across with property they managed, house was under renovation, we told the agent we need to move in by the middle of the month , they told us this is not a problem, property will be ready by that time. We took the keys 10th of October and left the house empty for another week to make contractors easier to finish work, but unfortunately when we came week later nothing was done, house was dirty, not cleaned, everything broken, not fitted correctly or not fitted at all, so all the promises after signing the contract gone. Electricity rigged, back doors broken, house so dirty we never seen in our life’s so much dust, the extractor hood leaking oil, sliding doors on wall wardrobes not sliding and broken, we don’t have bathroom doors can you imagine family of 5 and this is how we live more then a month now and still have no date when it’s going to be fixed and most disgusting thing is they blaming us that they moved us in to the house which is far from ready to live…..
