Good cinema in the city centre with a great screen and sound quality. The seats are comfortable and the staff are helpful. Easy to reach and a good place to watch the latest movies. Snacks are a bit expensive, but overall a very good experience. I would definitely come again.
Me and my girlfriend were about to go see fnaf 2 and when we got told to show ID we had proof but they didn’t allow us to show it even though my gf is in college and they didn’t except that,Kinda disappointed my girlfriend been always going there with her dad and they never get asked for ID so my girlfriend is never going back again and my gf dad was not happy about it either I was gonna put my mom on the phone with the ladies but she said “sorry put the phone away” HOW THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO SHOW ID IF I HAVE NO PASSPORT OR IDENTIFICATION???
The experience at Cineworld was awful. The theatre was packed with over 100 people and yet the air conditioning wasn’t turned on — not even basic air circulation. Whether it was negligence or intentional, it was unacceptable. The hall felt suffocating and filled with food smells. For the amount Cineworld charges, this is the bare minimum they should get right. Terrible management. Never returning.
Went on Sunday to See Wicked for good, Great Cinema, Good Atmosphere And amazing film. Would recommend!
Watched the new CSM: reze arc here. pretty large screen for a standard theater. comfy seats and great popcorn, with lots of selections for snacks. only complaint is the sound, i don't feel a lot of impact from the bass which i find quite lacking.
The Unlimited card is absolutely worth the price. The location of this one is perfect for those spontaneous trips if you're local to Cardiff! The cinema is always very clean and comfortable, and staff are friendly and helpful.
Absolutely amazing, I watched titanic in 4d, it's cheaper than odeon, very clean, 100% defo reccommend. Would definitely go again, even if it meant paying £300.
The best place to watch a film. Specially 3D 4DX movies. Nice experience.
Pretty dire screenings in the modern age. They need a serious upgrade. Staff are oblivious to the rules, and the screens, especially for 4DX, are not fit for purpose. Another dire shame is the quality of the 3-D glasses (that you have to pay for separately) They are blurry and really ruin the experience. The food quality, for the price, is atrocious. Revamp or remove!
Always a great place to come to. I do sometimes venture out to the other Cardiff City Centre cinemas, but due to closures etc, this particular cinema has stood the test of time the last couple of decades. Staff always do their best, and never really any problems here. I've come here sporadically the last 20 years or so and hope it continues to trade for many years to come. Thank you all :-)
