   Genuinly disgusting. It felt so unclean. The toilets were filthy; walls dripping, smelt horrendous, sinks dirty, water over all of the surfaces. Which I would understand in a busy cinema, but there was barely anyone here at this time, and one team member was sat at a table when I got there and seemed annoyed when I asked a question. Will never return. Nearly couldn’t leave as when I was leaving my feet were sticking to the floor! Had to put my trainers in the wash when I got home. Will never get over the state of the bathrooms, if they were this disgusting, I don’t even want to think about their cleaning regimes for the rest of the venue. Screen 1 was also freezing, kept my coat on for the duration of the film.

   Seats are awful. Almost all broken. So narrow that they dug into my hips the whole time - with the “premium” seats being the exact same width as the rest. Ticket prices are cheap, but at £7 for two small fruit shoots, I’d rather rent a movie and sit comfortably at home. Definitely not going back!

   Functional, if soulless. The 'foyer' feels incidental to the escalator stack that gets you there (the down escalators were turned off so led down a warren of access stairs to get out). The picture and sound were good, but they accidentally put subtitles on - don't think it was an accessibility thing, as not any of the trailers. Oh well, it is close to Cardiff Central.

   Only go here as have free tickets from a subscription I once completed. Otherwise I would advise to AVOID at all costs. Staff: Very unpleasant, not welcoming at all. Half of the time they don’t even check your ticket or bother to signpost you where to go. Really not a nice experience. Cleanliness: Absolute bog standard cleaning. Don’t think any pride is taken in the care of the place. Scared to know what I looks like with the lights turned on! Screens: None of the screen rooms have functioning air conditioning PLUS the seats are so uncomfortable and old. Overall, a bit of pride and joy in your work goes a long way. Would not recommend to go here. Just another business waiting to be shut down due to staff not caring about their workplace.

   Comfortable chairs, good sound, very cheap! Clean and nice toilets. But for the parking I reccomend the St. Davies mall. The cheapest.

   Have been a few times and have always had a good experience. Tickets are decently priced, popcorn and drinks are good and the seats are comfortable. Staff are always polite and friendly. Only complaint would be the exit signs in a couple of the screening rooms, way too bright!!

   Parking was a little tricky with all the road diversions, settled on parking at Central Station Car Park, a short walk away. Cinema was very quiet for a 20.00 viewing of Avatar 2, which was AWESOME!!! £25 for fam of 4, £25 for sweets and drinks, typical Cinema prices, got a cool M&M machine, where you pick your flavours. Would go again for sure.

   It's very quiet, there's a lot of room when you sit down and the seats are very comfortable. Also the meal combo is a very good idea - popcorn, a drink and sweets for 4.99. Yes please
