Very friendly, responsive and helpful staff. Although it didnβt work out with us due to referencing, would come back again if I need to rent in the future. Sarah was very patient and guided us through the entire process.

I recently worked with the MGY team to let my property in Penarth, and I couldnβt be happier with the service I received. From the very beginning, all staff were professional, responsive, and highly organised. They managed to get everything sorted for my tenantβs move-in quickly and efficientlyβincluding arranging the EICR, gas safety checks, and even helping with minor property improvements. Communication was always clear, and I genuinely felt supported throughout what could have been a stressful process. A huge thank you to the team for their hard work and dedication. I highly recommend MGY to any landlord looking for a reliable and proactive letting agent.

I am extremely delighted to write an excellent review for our letting agency regarding our beautiful apartment with amazing views. Our experience with the agency has been nothing but professional and excellent, making them the perfect choice for us as tenants. From the moment we contacted the agency, Nigel and the team are highly responsive and helpful. They guided us through the entire process, ensuring that all our requirements were met. Words cannot express the breathtaking beauty of our apartment's views. Waking up to stunning sunrises and enjoying vibrant sunsets from our windows has been a truly phenomenal experience. The agency had diligently chosen a location that offered the perfect blend of convenience and natural beauty. Overall, our experience with the letting agency has been exceptional. They have proven to be reliable, trustworthy, and always there to assist us. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking their perfect home.

Currently renting at the moment with this agency. The move in date was supposed to be from the 1st November. They delayed our move in date until Monday 20th even after we tried numerous times to get the keys for the weekend (that didnβt happen) so of course, we expected everything to be done. We moved into the property and already noticed a lot of problems such as holes in the ceilings, the washing machine compartment being very disgusting, the shower/ hot water and heat not working, the garden not being done as promised with the shed in an absolute state, the extractor not working, the radiators downstairs only heating up half way Our agent came to the property to see if they can do anything, they managed to turn the heat on but the radiators still doesnβt work properly as well as that, the valves are missing After complaining numerous times we basically got told that our only inconvenience was the extractor not working and they are not to blame The bathtub also has marks and the sink was left dirty I do wonder if they would want a property left in that state and if they would be okay to pay full rent I was shocked after reading such good reviews to only be left in a horrible state As we speak, we are still awaiting a plumber and contractor for the radiators and holes in the ceiling and it is now the end of the second week

DEADLY R3AL β ββββ
Property 34 Mariners Heights. terrible experience, I had professional cleaners come and clean the property and left the apartment in better condition than i received it in, landlord still attempted to request 500 pounds of my deposit, they tried to have people viewing the property weeks before my leave date and said they have keys and can let themself in, I had to make it clear multiple times I work from home and don't want strangers walking in while Im working. I raised the issue of no working smoke alarms in the property 2 years ago and never had a response. The toilet had a flushing leak which was undetected for months and only noticed because welsh water called me and said while your not in your property your water meter is continuously ticking over, I paid the 700 pound bill myself and got it repaired from my own pocket costing near to 900 in total which i could have happily billed the landlord for defective WC facility's but I didn't, and they still are attempting to take my deposit. I have all the evidence though so this will be eventful. Staff also are very rude when you try to raise an issue, cutting you off when speaking, not allowing you explain things, very rude and disrespectful. property was advertised to me with a dishwasher, when i moved in they said we dont want people to use the dishwasher so its not going to be available. It is clear that they will lie just to get you into the property and get your money, they also took nearly 2 weeks from me leaving the property to get back to me with issues of why to take from my deposit and that is because there was no issues they just want to take your money. Their excuse was they need to hire professional cleaners. The list goes on, The neighbour at 33 plays loud music and has partys on the weekends but i got all the emails with noise complaints because they assumed it was me. Ive also added photos of how i left the property. Ive never left a bad review before in my life but this is daylight robbery.

Seabreeze is a well-established and very experienced agency in the area. In the process of buying our first home in the UK, we've done viewings via most local agencies, and we would list them amongst the top/best. As first time buyers and non-British too, we had so many concerns throughout the whole process. Seabreeze managed all stages very professionally and confidentially, preserved a balanced relationship with vendors and buyers, offered advice on the process and all its stages, proposed viewing tailored to our needs, even recommended local surveyors and solicitors. Huge thanks to all members of staff, old and new, for helping us buy our first home.

This is one of the most pleasant property transactions I have ever experienced! Brad & Chrysti were professional and helpful. We bought these two properties through Seabreeze who then rented them for us and finally sold them! Thanks to the whole team

We have sold two houses with Sea Breeze. I can't recommend them enough. For the most recent sale we got valuations from several agents in the area and we felt Brad from Sea Breeze was the only one who completely understood our situation and our property. It was marketed well, they only booked in decent viewings (with a toddler we didn't want to keep having to tidy the house unnecessarily!) and sold within a week for just below asking price. I'd particularly recommend if you have renovated a property as we had done - other agents just seemed to make valuations based on zoopla estimates as opposed to Brad knowing the area and understanding the value of the specific property. Thanks guys!

Seabreeze helped me find somewhere to rent when I was in between selling my flat and buying my current home. I spoke with Chrysti and Brad who were so friendly and helpful. They bent over backwards to get me a suitable place quickly. The whole process was stress free. Great service, I would highly recommend!
