   I had the occasion to book the ground floor meeting room at Tec Marina for an Executive team facilitation. Tec Marina itself is fantastic and the impression as soon as you walk into the space is light, open and welcoming. The booking team were so helpful, they put us in contact with a local caterer who provided breakfast and lunch, and on arrival we were met with smiles, and professionalism. The reception ensured we knew where the kitchen was, so that we could make unlimited cups of tea and coffee or hot chocolate, they set up a lovely space in the main atrium for our lunch, enhancing with fresh flowers. The meeting room itself was brilliant. comfortable seating, big enough for our group of 12 and more. We made use of the digital whiteboards, and had great connectivity. The Execs who were there with us really enjoyed the experience and said they felt comfortable and relaxed in the space. Thanks so much for a smooth booking process, an informed team on site, and a great space for getting things done.

   Tec Marina is a beautiful, exceptionally well maintained and spotlessly clean office space. We have been based here for some years now and look forward to every day in the office, whether it's the walks around the marina, using the onsite gym or the delicious bean to cup coffee, you really are spoiled for choice. We won't be going anywhere else.

   It's great having an office at Tec Marina. The beautiful Penarth Marina is just a short walk away and there's a supermarket and a petrol station practically located next door, which is useful. The free onsite gym is also a massive benefit to working here! The building has a great atmosphere and is really bright and spacious. The staff are all very friendly and are always happy to help with anything you need. They have also taken all the necessary steps to help us feel safe due to the recent Coronavirus pandemic, such as regularly cleaning surfaces, installing sanitizing stations throughout the building and implementing a one-way system. I had no concerns coming back to the office and love coming to work at Tec Marina.

   Tec Marina is a great place to work. Not only is in a central location that’s easy to reach by car or public transport, but it has all the facilities you need to run your business, including meeting rooms, an onsite gym and colourful kitchens with free tea and coffee on offer! Over the past few months, I’ve been really impressed with Tec Marina’s prompt and professional response to COVID-19. The building is extremely clean with plenty of hand sanitisers available to use. There’s also loads of room so you can easily keep your distance from other residents. I feel safe coming to work here.

   I've worked at Tec Marina for nearly 2 years and it is a great place to work. The staff and all of the other businesses are really friendly. The onsite gym is very popular (now it's back open) as is the great location with some lovely coffee shops around the beautiful Marina. More importantly during the last 6 months of lockdown, Gaile and the team worked really hard to ensure that the building was clean and safe for those of us onsite!
